In our Spirit Making Class, you will have the opportunity to craft your personalised unaged bottle of Rum, Gin, Brandy, Vodka, or Schnapps. With an extensive selection of botanicals and ingredients sourced from our apothecary, you’ll have all the tools you need to design a spirit that suits your taste perfectly.


Hands-On Guidance

Our Head distiller will be your guide throughout the process. From selecting the ideal botanicals to operating your own distillation equipment, you’ll receive expert guidance every step of the way. This is an interactive class that allows you to roll up your sleeves and create your own unique spirit.


Take Home Your Creation

At the end of this extraordinary class, you’ll proudly take home a 500ml bottle of your very own handcrafted spirit. It’s not just a bottle; it’s a testament to your creativity and newfound distillation skills. Display it on your home bar or share it as a special gift.

Booking Information

This experience is for individuals aged 18 and above. Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time for check-in.

For group bookings (minimum 4 people), please reach out to info@tamborinemountaindistillery.com to arrange a private experience at a convenient time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. It is the guest’s responsibility to be on time for their reservation, we cannot extend a booking if you are running late. 2. Guests who are intoxicated or behaving in an inappropriate or irresponsible manner will be asked to vacate the premises. 3. Please ensure that you bring proof of age identification as any guests who cannot supply this will not be allowed to consume alcohol. 4. For your convenience and safety, please arrange your own transportation to and from the event. As alcohol will be served during the experience, all participants are responsible for their transportation. 5. We are a smoke-free venue, and we will not allow smoking inside or outside. 6. We require a minimum number of participants to run each class to ensure quality and effectiveness. If this minimum enrolment requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class and will notify all registered participants at least 2 days before the scheduled date. Participants will then have the option to reschedule to a future date, subject to availability, or receive a full refund of their registration fees.
