Step behind the still and craft your own small-batch spirit

Step into the craft of spirit creation at Tamborine Mountain Distillery.

This immersive experience gives you a deeper understanding of how spirits are made, working alongside our Head Distiller to explore botanicals, flavour development, and distillation techniques used in small-batch production.

You’ll take part in the process, working with distillation equipment to craft your own unaged spirit. Choose from gin, vodka, rum, brandy or schnapps, then bottle and label your creation to take home.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. It is the guest’s responsibility to be on time for their reservation, we cannot extend a booking if you are running late. 2. Guests who are intoxicated or behaving in an inappropriate or irresponsible manner will be asked to vacate the premises. 3. Please ensure that you bring proof of age identification as any guests who cannot supply this will not be allowed to consume alcohol. 4. For your convenience and safety, please arrange your own transportation to and from the event. As alcohol will be served during the experience, all participants are responsible for their transportation. 5. We are a smoke-free venue, and we will not allow smoking inside or outside. 6. We require a minimum number of participants to run each class to ensure quality and effectiveness. If this minimum enrolment requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class and will notify all registered participants at least 2 days before the scheduled date. Participants will then have the option to reschedule to a future date, subject to availability, or receive a full refund of their registration fees.
