It was a fun activity, a good spot in the hills. Did all 4 courses, the last one had two difficult obstacles (first obstacle and another one with 3 logs). The last course needs a bit of upper body strength along with good balance. Amazing staff. It wasn’t too busy since we went on a week day.

2 adults and 9yo and 12 yo girls. Had the best time, a beautiful spot, and the first 3 courses challenging enough for all (9yo skipped the 3rd one) we all skipped the last one. BYO grippy gloves, they were disgusting. If you can go mid week, I recommend as not having people coming up behind you was lovely for a nervy 9yo. Staff are excellent.

Great challenges, supportive staff. Child needs to be confident to do it themselves and follow instructions. Parents just stand back in the shelter or edge of course and watch from there. I didn't need to pay fee to supervise as I didn't go on course and adult would be too tall for the 3 to 7 year old course. Need to wear shoes

We had an amazing time at Treetop Adventure Park in Coffs Harbour! The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making sure we felt safe and confident throughout the experience. The courses were well-designed—challenging enough to keep things exciting, but still fun and achievable for all skill levels. Honestly so impressed with Treetop Adventure Challenge Coffs Harbour. This is the second time we’ve been and the kids (9, 12 & 15) absolutely love it and have been talking about going back since last year. The location is absolutely beautiful, the challenges are really well done and incredibly safe and engaging, but the real standout are the staff, all highly professional and experienced, engaging and warm with the kids. Today during one of the challenges our youngest got a bit scared and can’t thank Grace & Bre enough for the way they reassured and lead her through to the end of the challenge. To see the confidence in her afterwards, as a parent you couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you to Daniel (beard / shaved head guy as well) you were brilliant too. 10/10 guys, thank you for a great afternoon.

I've been to treetops at Canberra before and this was as good if not better. Very helpful staff. Great courses, and very different to the other Treetops I've been too. We went with a 5, 8, 38, 40, and 67 year old. We even saw some bush turkeys!

A great adventure. The courses range from little kids to “Arborist” (quite challenging) it you are fitted in quality fall arrest equipment and feel perfectly safe. Zip lining above cars driving below is a bit of a buzz too. The staff look after everyone really well and know how to deal with visitors that have discovered that the adventure is a bit much for them. Obviously safety if first but fun is a close second!

So much fun!!! Such an amazing experience taking my 2 very active and adventurous children (aged 11&13) here to Treetops! They got to show a very nervous mum how it’s done and would have spent the whole day flying through all the different levels if they could. It was incredibly safe with the harness that won’t let you fall - you just need to have the confidence to step out on the hanging platforms!! Will absolutely do it again and highly recommend to anyone considering this activity for a fun day out!!

Friendly and helpful staff, absolutely beautiful setting in the rainforest, only 10 mins from Coffs central.
So much fun and several challenging courses to get on. My 10yr daughter could handle the red (advanced) course without too much drama. Yet the green n blue were cool to navigate as well. Definitely recommend and would certainly go again.

My son (5) was struggling to finish a level and the team were just about to close so just him left on the course, after he came back one of the great team members Tom proactively said he would come on with him and help him complete it. Bloody brilliant a must do Sublime, brilliant, exciting, amazing and simply the best. The location is magnificent, the staff are charming and beyond helpful you feel so well looked after and safe. The courses are well designed and very challenging but once clipped on at the base of the tree you are completely safe and can’t clip off until you finish. Black lines are seriously tricky. Krystel and Tom were our guides for the day. Tom was extra knowledgeable and friendly while guiding us through the harnessing process. Krystel was friendly throughout, from small comments of encouragement to the way she presented the training brief.
After finishing each course, both were interested about our experience and had follow up questions about the course, eg: did you struggle with x section. Being a little more involved with your attendees goes a long way and in this case it did. I will rave about how fun and easy it was to do to everyone. What a great experience and made only better by fantastic staff!!

Top activity to do in Coffs Harbour. We all know Coffs Harbour is known for the big banana & the wildlife sanctuary & don’t get me wrong those things are great but truthfully the banana could be bigger & who hasn’t seen a dolphin? Treetops adventure Coffs Harbour however is an amazing gem nestled in the beautiful hinterland & just moments from the heart of Coffs.
My daughter (4 years old) & her friend had an absolute blast doing the ropes courses today & not even a downpour could wipe the smiles off their faces, nor slow them down.
The staff my goodness you guys absolutely rock I think we had Bree & Pike (hope that’s correct) both of you guys made the kids feel so confident & safe.
If you come to Coffs you have to put this on the top of your list, you will not be disappointed & it’s great value for money.
We cannot wait to come back so us adults can have a try, thanks so much.

I messed up my booking time for our session - the team at Tree Tops were so helpful in correcting the date, and fitting our family in.
Not only did they fit us amongst two other larger bookings, the service we received (safety briefing, asking other groups to be aware of us whilst on the course, and checking in with us after each run) was amazing….. I was blown away!

Our 3 & 5 year old LOVED their time on the ropes course. All the staff were lovely, Tom did a fantastic job explaining to the kids how it all worked. Within a few goes they both were off and happy to do it independently. They were capable of completing 3 of the junior courses, and were happy to keep repeating them. I reccomend getting an early timeslot with younger kids. Now my kids keeps asking when they can go and climb the trees again ^_^ In my opinion this is a much better option budget wise and experience wise than the Big Banana park if you are deciding what to do while in the area with kids.

Badass. So much fun. A few hairy parts on the advanced level but so worth it. The French guy there was really lazy and you could tell he was trying to deter us from going as it was later in the day but the women who worked there were great . Our 4 year old also had a blast. Kids loved it so much, and everything is so well thought out safety wise. Staff are really helpful, although they must answer the same questions about every 5 minutes. We ended up revisiting a few days later. Again, similar experience. If you are afraid of heights, probably not the greatest (I really tried to keep getting further along, but in the end had to be rescued. Again, staff were super patient and kind to a terrified, sobbing mid 50s woman). Apart from my own fears, really, a great experience in a beautiful location.

Your staff were very patient with us both. My teenager has panic attacks and had one after we arrived and didn't want to go up. I went up and she gradually calmed down and decided to give it a go. The signs displaying prices say a child is up to 17 years of age and yet I was advised my 16 year old would have to pay full adult price! Staff kindly explained the sign needs changing…then whilst completing my online waiver it too consistently defined a child as up to and including 17. Wonderful 10/10. Our kids (5, 9 and 11) all had an amazing time. The guides were incredibly supportive and helped the kids and adults alike fight their fear of heights and confidently take on the courses. I stayed on the ground but hubby joined the fun and had a great time too.

Thanks Jo…I think. I don’t know whether to give Jo a good wrap for being such an amazing and helpful crew member or curse the witch for letting me think I could do the black line with only a moderate level of effort. This hefty suburban mum was on struggle street from woah to go. Getting up that last ladder should have been a clear indication of what was to come but did I listen? No, I just had to prove to the kids that girls can do anything. Wasn’t until I got all the way to the black rope swing and had already been sweating bullets for 40 minutes that they told me I could have zip lined the whole lot, absolute savages. Wasn’t pretty, left my dignity up in the trees, but I made it and once the bruises/callouses fade, and I can walk without wincing again, I’m sure I’ll look back on it fondly. Highly recommend the green, blue and red lines with kids. But beware, the black line was designed by Satan himself.read moreread less

This was fun. Not only are you high up in the rainforest trees, contending with various challenges and ziplines, but also on top of a mountain, so if you can tear away from the wonder of down, you can see glimpses of wonder across.

Fantastic supportive staff! Massive shout to Crystal, one of the staff. Our cautious 5 year old was able to complete all the 4 levels of the kids course with Crystal’s patience and support over the tricky wobbly bits. She also allowed our older daughter, who was not ready for the higher course, to complete the kids course and leave happy & proud of herself. Amazing fun for the family - with the right level of scariness to provide high tales galore! Wow! We have done a few zipline adventure courses (Thailand, Kiama and Sydney) but this one was amazing ! Great value and for our 10 and 12 year old just the right amount of scariness to make it great fun and provide us with tales of daring do’s and near calamities for months to come. I thought it was great value for money and loved the fact that you got to enjoy it on your own as a family once the group setting off in your time slot had spread out. Top tip - spend the $10 for the phone holder. We got some amazing photos and videos . The view on the drive up gives you a hint of what you are in for. Once you are there the team are great and get you set up. They were all so very approachable and keen to make sure that we got the most out of our session.
Briefing done we set out on a “family adventure “ opting to do the green run all together (this was our first mistake) loads of zip lines and challenges but once you have picked your order, you are locked in and there is no “overtaking”
We split up from there and things went smoothly from there. Tackling the more challenging courses as one kid one adult.
Things to remember: you can’t take your phone so no photos along the way. You just have to pause and enjoy! Also bring snacks for the drive back down. It is amazing the upper body workout (especially on the black run)
Lastly, if you can, work out a way to go “adults only” and leave the kids with snacks at the bottom. It will give you more time to look around.

We’re on holidays from Sydney. The customer service was sensational. They were professional and made my kids feel calm and kept assisting in every way possible. They had a sense of humour and also are very passionate about their job. I believe the first point of contact leaves a good impression and this certainly did!

This is a brilliant place for anyone of any age to go, some courses are more physically demanding than others but they are all relatively easy and fun. You get 2.5hours to do the courses as many times as you like. The group of 2 i was in managed to get to do each course 2 and some of them 3 times. I would recommend going at an earlier time when the course is quiet and it is more relaxed. The staff were super nice and knowledgeable about other activities in the area. I would highly recommend to do this if you are physically able to.

Just the BEST experience we could have hoped for. Went with my family of 4 (kids 9 & 10). I was grateful for the thorough safety briefing, ???????? And the kids had a absolute blast.
