Eumundi Markets, Noosa & the Blackall Ranges – Day Tour from Brisbane
Some say this is our best tour from Brisbane—a scenic, culture-rich journey that takes you through the Blackall Ranges, the artisan charm of Eumundi Markets, and the elegance of Noosa Heads, with stunning views, rainforest walks, and local flavour all in one unforgettable day.
Because the Eumundi Markets operate only twice a week, early booking is essential to secure your spot on this popular day tour.
What You’ll Experience
Travel north from Brisbane into the Blackall Ranges, winding through farms, forested ridges, and quaint villages with sweeping views over the Sunshine Coast hinterland and coastlines.
Visit Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, where you’ll enjoy some of the best panoramic views of the Glass House Mountains. Stroll through the peaceful rainforest or enjoy the short treetop boardwalk.
Explore Montville, a mountain-top village known for its charming galleries, boutique shops, and exceptional lookout points. You’ll have approximately 45 minutes of free time here—perfect for morning tea or a quick browse.
Experience the iconic Eumundi Markets, Australia’s premier artisan market and a must-see for visitors to the Sunshine Coast. Browse a huge variety of handmade goods, art, crafts, local produce, and food. Free time: approximately 1 hour. (Note: On Fridays, the full market is not open, but the tour visits Eumundi Square Markets with selected stalls operating.)
Visit Noosa Heads, one of Australia’s most stylish beach towns. Nestled beside the national park, Noosa offers boutique shopping, pristine beaches, and a relaxed yet exclusive atmosphere. Enjoy 2 hours of free time to explore, swim, or dine.
Scenic coastal drive south past Sunshine, Marcus, Peregian, and Coolum Beaches—each with its own stretch of white sand and surf.

the day was planned out really well, our guide was kind and educated, the views were pretty also :))
Our guide, Pete, was easy to talk to, funny, and knowledgeable. He was able to show us sights that could have been easily missed without a guide.
The walks through the rainforest were not particularly strenuous - I don’t think any one walk was more than a couple km and the pace was very relaxed. However, there were some stairs, inclines, etc, to be mindful of.
Overall, if you’re staying around Brisbane and are looking for a day trip, I’d highly consider this one!
I enjoyed seeing this beautiful country ❤️ and I would recommend 👌 for families.
The wildlife was outstanding: we saw wild Koalas, Kangaroos, Whales, Dolphins, Turtles, Kookaburra, Galahs, plus lots of lizards!
The tour guide James was great - he's very knowledgeable, answering any questions I had and he really wanted everyone to have a good time!
Guide was knowledgeable and we never felt rushed. Interesting stops. Lots to see and do.
Highly recommend this company . Plenty of comfort stops and Sean was always asking how things were going.
Loved looking for animals to show us
Gave us plenty to see
James Doesn’t know much about Ohio 😂 but very keen on talking about Texas
If you don’t like to walk not the tour for you . 🦿🦿
When you go on top of the mountain with all the shops there is an authentic French bakery
Taste just like being back in Paris recommended
Excellent tour
Being an introvert, the only headache for being in a day tour solo is always that the guide chatted with each of us on the bus openly. I understand that it’s quite an Aussie & American culture, but I just found a bit embarrassed to talk about myself in front of those folks not even acquaintances perhaps just a problem of mine. :). Don’t get me wrong at this point - the guide was absolutely nice and caring.
Overall I don't think there is a great deal to see on this trip if you don' like shops and markets.
The Byron bay tour is has much more to see and do
Eumundi markets were a real wash out on this day . It is a large market with many stalls but many of them are quite similar.
Noossa head was worth the visit and is a smaller more upmarket version of Byron bay I think
