Whats Included in the Jet Fighter Ride:
- 35 minutes in the Jet Fighter (approx. 25 minutes take-off to touchdown)
- Flight suit and Helmet
- Full mission and safety brief for your flight
- DVD footage of your flight (additional cost)
Your jet fighter ride will begin as you are met by our staff and shown the Jet fighter that you’re about to experience the ride of a lifetime in! You will then be briefed on the aircraft and the mission you are about to complete.
You will then be taken out to the fighter jet for pre flight photos (so don’t forget your camera)and also to get you familiar on getting in and out of the aircraft safely. Once you are strapped in and the canopy is closed you will hear the 4000 lb. engine wind up as you prepare for take off. As you begin the take off roll being pushed back in your seat from acceleration you will see the ground disappearing in a matter of seconds as you begin your climb to 7500ft enroute to our maneuvering area, over the beautiful Burragorang Valley.
When you reach the maneuvering area and begin the aerobatic routine flown by air force pilots and air show stunt pilots, you will literally be living the life of a top gun pilot as you’re flown through maneuvers such as the loop, roll, barrel roll, cuban eight, and hesitation rolls to name a few, making this Jet Fighter flight one of your most memorable moments! As you come to the closing of your aerobatics your pilot will take you to the edge of your seat at over 900km/h as you move in for your low level strike! Followed by a return to base for a landing and post flight photographs.
Please note: all Jet Fighter rides are tailored to the individual, ie the Jet Fighter rides are as mild, or as WILD as preferred.
DVD’s of your Jet Fighter Flight start from $135. All passengers are required to sign an indemnity form.

The Staff we're welcoming, informative, & so down to earth. Well worth the money spent. Thank you.
I got the full 30 min package which started with aerobatic manoeuvres and ended with a swoop from 7500 feet high down into a valley simulating a terrain masking attack run on a fictitious target.- Felt like Luke Skywalker going on his Death Star Run . I had an absolute Blast. I couldn't recommend it more highly!
Big ups to Jay for the mad flight. Will never forget. Spent the next day in disbelief of what I'd done the day before, haha!
The flight itself was an experience of a lifetime. From takeoff to landing and in between; a memory I can relive at any time with the use of the video taken with the inflight GoPro camera. Ray made the entire day so exceptional that I'm looking forward to a repeat ride. I had waited many years for this opportunity for a jet fighter ride, and the wait was worth it. Anybody who wants to experience a thrill beyond imagination, Air Combat would be your choice. Every aspect of the entire days' events exceeded my expectations, worth every dollar spent. Again, thank you Ray.
They provide good advice as to how to enjoy this experience - so listen and use the advice. The flight itself is a buzz. You fly in a Russian MIG fighter jet, the location for the aerobatics is stunning - Burragorang Valley with gorgeous sandstone cliffs and river. I can't describe how amazing the flight is - you experience G forces, rolls, loops, a bombing run with the explanation as to the tactics - it's all just great. This is not for everyone, but if you enjoy exciting activities this is worth every cent - you will never forget it. We paid the extra to get the go-pro footage and I love reliving the experience.
The staff are wonderful and I think speak volumes for the company as they all love what they do, aviation, and are nice people to talk to. If you want a wonderful different experience - consider being a fighter pilot for a day - it's awesome!!!
Highly recommend the experience.
Just be aware that there isin't much cover for spectators and we went on a hot day so you need to be prepared to look after yourself while you wait.
