1. Booking & Payment – Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (a surcharge may apply). – Minimum Numbers: Tours may be cancelled if minimum passenger numbers are not met. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. 2. Cancellations & Refunds – Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. – Operator Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be provided. – No-Shows: Failure to attend the tour without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment. 3. Behaviour & Tour Conduct – Alcohol Consumption: Personal alcohol is not permitted on our vehicles. Wineries typically do not allow BYO alcohol. – Disruptive Behaviour: Aggressive, intoxicated, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund. – Smoking & Vaping: Not permitted on any tour vehicle. – Seatbelts: Where fitted, seatbelts must be worn at all times. – Respect for Venues: Wineries may refuse service to intoxicated guests. Please drink responsibly. 4. Liability & Responsibility – Damage: Guests are liable for any damage caused to vehicles or partner venues. – Personal Belongings: Tamar Wine Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. – Health & Safety: Please advise us of any allergies, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements when booking a tour. 5. Important Information – Itinerary Changes: We may adjust the itinerary due to weather, venue availability, or other operational factors. – Special Requests: For accessibility or other special requirements, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate where possible.
