This was our second visit to Barossa Helicopters, and this time we had our little one with us. It was just as wonderful as our first visit, with the same warm and welcoming service from the team - from reception, throughout the flight, and even afterwards.

The flight gives you a spectacular view of the Barossa Valley, and the experience is truly special. Of course, the coverage depends on the duration of the flight you choose, but every moment is absolutely worth it.

A big 5 stars to the entire team for their fantastic service and for making the experience so enjoyable once again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great reception on arrival
Easy to follow video instructions
Had an awesome experience with my family
Very beautiful sceneries and great commentary from our pilot Kai

Beautiful experience Beautiful experience
First time in helicopter for 10 minutes flight
People lovely and helpful

Went for my daughter's birthday and it was amazing and goose were a really good pilot and we were comfy during the whole flight definitely would come back

Had an awesome experience with Barossa Helicopters. What made it even better was sharing it with someone who had never been on a helicopter before. She started off pretty nervous, but our pilot was super calm, reassuring, and did a great job pointing out the amazing vineyards which helped take her mind off the nerves. By the end of it, she loved it.

Definitely something I’d recommend if you’re in the Barossa!

Spectacular view Absolutely spectacular. Nick our pilot was incredible. He shared all his local knowledge with us. Even recommended a winery that we went to after our flight.

My helicopter flight over the Barossa was a truly memorable way to appreciate the rolling vineyards and hills of this iconic grape-growing region. The whole experience was wonderful and I highly recommend it for visitors and locals with special occasions to celebrate.

BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE Lovely pilot and the lady at the front desk who was very accomodating.Wonderful views, unforgettable experience ,coming back again!

Best helicopter trip....... A wonderful trip with our pilot Nick. Probably the smoothest chopper pilot I have experienced. Of course super informative. Sandra was a super hostess and great fun to chat with. Highly recommended.

I surprised my bestie with a 10 minute surprise flight over the beautiful Barossa Valley. She and I were greeted by a friendly face at reception Brooke she explained everything to us and took great care of the frogs that travel with us. (See photo) Kermit and Lilly were impressed. My bestie and I met our pilot after a safety breifing the lovely informative Bridget took us up into the clear skies ahead.
Bridget explained everything we asked and has been flying since she was 18, was a reassuring voice to first flight nervous moments our flight was a wonderful experience you are literaly floating on air. What a birds eye view they take you on great price take my advice and take to the skys with Barossa Helecopters your flight will be a delight.

I took a flight over the Barossa with my sister and Aunty to celebrate my Aunts 70th birthday. It was such a special experience together flying over the beautiful hills, valleys and reservoir.
Our pilot was very informative, friendly and professional. He topped of the flight by helping us view my sisters family home near Williamstown. A wonderful experience and quality service. Thank you

The team was perfectly with us I loved this experience. And I will recommend for my friends❤️🙏🤩the company and the pilot were extremely confidence. They were extremely reliable and we felt completely safe with every possible detail about the locations, and he showed us everything around. I loved the incredible experience we had.

Birthday helicopter flight With our friendly and knowledgeable pilot Nick we took off from #barossahelicopters and headed to the Wheatsheaf Hotel at Allendale for lunch. We passed over a few wineries and Kapunda where we saw the big miner dressed up as Father Christmas and had a different perspective of the Silo art there. Introduced to Mark who delivered a delicious lunch, had a couple of bevvies and then unfortunately we had to head back to base .. all in all a big thumbs 👍 up for the helicopter flight and another thing crossed off my bucket list.

We took a helicopter ride for my son’s 9th birthday, and it was our first time experiencing a chopper ride. The reception staff were very welcoming, and our pilot, Nick, was amazing and humble. The whole experience was smooth and memorable. We will definitely do it again for special occasions—highly recommended! Thank you to the entire team for making this moment so beautiful.

Outback Pub Crawl What an amazing experience. Our pilot Nick went above and beyond to make it a day to remember.Flying over the Mighty Murray landing at the Swan Reach hotel for coffee. Overland Corner Hotel for the most delicious lunch next the Wool Shed Brewery and finally the Sedan Hotel. We both agree it was money well spent. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you Barossa Helicopters and Nick.

Winery Scenic Flight I took my grandchildren up on the Scenic Winery Flight, they were so excited and enjoyed every second of the flight.
Kai our pilot was great in pointing out the wineries and land marks.
Fully recommend the experience.

The helicopter ride was a very good experience. I have been here several times and would often bring visitors from overseas to experience this. However, yesterday, the staff seemed to be in a hurry to get the rides done and over with. They were not friendly, and made us hurry in riding the helicopter. When we asked if we can have photos taken beside the helicopter we rode (this was aloud before and staff were happy for us to have pictures), the staff (3 ladies) seemed so annoyed about this.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Went through a very thorough safety briefing. We were fully prepared for how to behave in and around the helicopter.
The flight was fantastic. Great view with clear visibility. The pilot knew the location very well and was able to answer all questions.
What a day. We will never forget it.

What a fantastic experience - I was gifted this for my 60th birthday (I am now 63 - better late than never 😂). My husband and I got to experience a 30 minute flight, our pilot Nick was sensational and nothing was too much trouble. As we live locally we chose to do the flight and then land on our own property in Fords. We flew over Lyndoch, Tanunda, Greenock, Kapunda then onto Fords over our house then down to our River Light paddock where we landed. Things look so much different from above - one of the highlights going over the Kapunda copper mines - the colour really popped. Finally landing where we were greeted by our family and the grand kids got a close up look of the helicopter - they loved it. We would certainly recommend this to anyone who wants a different experience. 10/10

We went for Father’s day to the Barossa and I’ve booked a 20 min flight with Barossa Helicopters. We were greeted by Barry the pet pigs and the Check in process was very smooth and staff was extremely friendly. The flight was awesome and pilot patiently answered all our questions :) we enjoyed it very much. Even though I’m usually a bit scared with heights I felt very save and looked after. I can highly recommend it, it is worth every minute.

Absolutely fantastic customer service!!!

💍 I popped the question to my partner right after the helicopter ride and the entire crew were beyond supportive.

My original plan of hot air balloon was cancelled and their team was also uncooperative from the beginning.
However, the Barossa Helicopter team (Bridget especially) helped me very last minute to make our special moment unforgettable!

Could not thank them enough 🙌🏼

Had the BEST time with Barossa Helicopters. From the moment we walked in, Bille was so lovely and made us feel super welcome.

Our pilot Nick was awesome, really friendly and made us feel totally safe up there. He gave us such a cool perspective of the Barossa and pointed out heaps of interesting spots along the way.
Highly Recommended.

We had our first-ever helicopter ride yesterday – a quick 10-minute flight, but absolutely thrilling! The views were breathtaking and the staff made us feel safe and comfortable throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something new and exciting!

Experience of a lifetime Bridgette and her team are superb. I can not recommend this company or this tour too highly. They organised everything - transfers to and from Adelaide, multiple vineyard stops (wonderful partners who were both welcoming and fun), terrific food and wine and of course stunning views over the valley with a very helpful commentary from Nick, our pilot. He even took pictures and videos of the day for us so we have lasting memories. This is a trip you will not regret and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you all.

Brilliant, still buzzing now We came to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had blue skies and incredible views. The young pilot was very reassuring, explained all the procedures and what to expect. He gave a running commentary, answered questions and engaged in conversation. His manner enhanced the experience. I've wanted to fly in a helicopter for years. We WILL be back!

Great flight! I surprised my husband with a 20-minute flight for his birthday. Nick was our pilot, and he flew us over Lyndoch, Whispering Wall, our house in Humbug Scrub, Kersbrook, Gumeracha, and back over Mt Crawford forest and the Reservoirs. It was great to see our house and the towns from the air, giving a totally different perspective 😊 Thank you to Nick and Barossa Helicopters. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had an incredible experience with Barossa Helicopters! The views over the vineyards were absolutely stunning, and the flight was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel special. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Barossa Valley!

Best time ever The views were amazing. We had a blast. Everyone at Barossa Helicopters, from chatting online to book the tour, to the pilot were so friendly, helpful and professional.

Pure happiness I've taken 3 granddaughters up and they were so excited and loved every minute as did I.
I highly recommend the experience.

Exhilarating b and Exciting An amazing experience with a great young man as our pilot, This was a bucket list item for two 81 years of age couple WOW how exciting.
Many thanks to Briget and in particular our wonderful pilot KY.

From Go to Whoa, it was amazing. We have done lots of flights but this mob, we have rated it a 5 star flight. Pub for lunch via helicopter was fantastic. Our pilot Nick was relaxed and very knowledgeable. No pressure to eat and return, just eat and relax before returning.

Awesome trip, if you in South Australia anywhere you need to make your way to the Barossa and head to Barossa Helicopters and get your self into the helicopter. We went on the 30 minute tour and we loved it. So nice seeing it from in the air and learning about the whole region.
If your in the Barossa and your not taking a tour in the helicopter of the Barossa Valley you may as well of stayed home beacause you would be missing out in the best part.

Our first experience on a helicopter ride was nothing short of incredible. The tour with this team exceeded all expectations, starting with their professionalism and attention to detail. They provided detailed explanations, including clear and concise safety instructions, which made us feel confident and at ease before the journey began.

The pilot was friendly and approachable, enhancing the experience with insightful commentary throughout the tour. As we soared through the skies, we had the privilege of exploring the breathtaking wine region, taking in panoramic views of the iconic Jacob’s Creek factory, sprawling farms, and the remarkable Whispering Wall. Each location unfolded its unique charm, offering us a fresh perspective and unforgettable scenery from above.

This adventure truly offered an unparalleled experience, combining excitement, discovery, and natural beauty in a way that will remain etched in our memories for years to come.

I surprised my partner with a 30 minute scenic flight over the Barossa and wow it was such an amazing experience to see it from up above. The flight was smooth from start to finish and our pilot, Kai (hope I spelt that right!), was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this for your next adventure.

Helicoptered to a romantic picnic overlooking the Barossa The Barossa Helicopters scenic flight and romantic picnic was such a unique couples experience. Our pilot was amazing at pointing out Barossa landmarks as we flew over Jacobs Creek Winery and the Whispering Wall. We snagged a perfectly clear day and could see right to the Yorke Peninsula and the City. Our picnic overlooking the vineyards was so quiet and relaxing - just us a great view, a delicious platter of Barossa gourmet produce and a bottle of local wine. We gave them a call when we were ready to be picked up and they sent the chopper!

Amazing time I would highly recommend Barossa Helicopters I organised to propose to my partner when we landed after a wonderful flight over the Barossa and the staff where amazing helping me with the planning and organising they where very friendly and accommodating for all our needs we all had a awesome time there definitely 5 stars from me 😁👍

Barossa Helicopters Absolutely fantastic. It was my adult daughter’s first time in a helicopter (she was a bit nervous) & our wonderful pilot made her feel at ease. Beautiful views of the Barossa. All the staff are very welcoming. We highly recommend this company.

Wow, what a fantastic experience. I organized this 30 minute deluxe scenic flight as a surprise for my partner’s 60th birthday. She was a little bit nervous but the great staff and comforting pilot made her feel quite relaxed and we enjoyed it immensely. I would highly recommend it to anybody that would love a different experience with some fantastic views.

Such a different feeling to flying, definitely one for the bucket list.

Fantastic experience! This was our second flight with Barossa Helicopters and they are so professional, friendly and accommodating. The views are spectacular and this is a unique way to see the iconic Barossa Valley.

I surprised my Dutch relative with a flight over the Barossa, how exciting I was to know it was her first time in a Helicopter, then to find out it was my mum who is 77 her first time too!
Barossa Helicopters were very professional as well as very friendly and I recommend doing a flight!
What an amazing memory ????????

Give it a try!! Very professionell and nice staff.
Excellent pilot! Very skilled!
It was first time in a helicopter bit I wasn’t nervous at all!

We took a fun helicopter ride for ten minutes on Saturday with our two years old. We had so much fun and loved it. Our captain was so professional and seemed like he was truly enjoying his hobby.
The tour was not rushed and such a good experience.
Thanks for making our helicopter trip interesting and exciting. You are a consummate professional. I would be proud to recommend your services. Also, thank you for taking our family photo front of helicopter. That was so kind of you. Great family memory. We will definitely be back!

Private picnic and flight over the Barossa for 2 We’re greeted by a lady at hilltop after 10-15 minutes of flying (Very comfort ride with commentary by pilot). The location is at a hill top under shade with 360 degrees of viewing of Barossa valley and very private. There’s a sofa for the 2 of us with sparkling wine, a platter of local cheese, salami, ham, fruits and bottles of water (We’re not able to finish them all). The pilot left a phone number for us to call whenever we’re ready for pickup and the lady introduce herself and act extremely professional. The lady left the location in a 4WD while the helicopter flew away. This is a surprise Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it. I got to say It feels like a scene from a Hollywood movie when both the 4WD and helicopter arrive to pick us up at the same time. The experience is so well organized and personal. The staffs are so friendly, experienced and professional. 10 out of 10 for Barossa Helicopters.

A terrific way to venture the Barossa Valley and see it from a whole different perspective. Our pilot, Mick, was very sociable and explained different aspects of Barossa and Eden Valley. In between conversations about Barossa Mick also explained aspects of flying helicopters which was really neat. We did an hour flight over the Murray River/Barossa Valley but our flight really felt unique to us thanks to Mick. Would definitely recommend trying Barossa Helicopters even for a short quick trip to get a rare experience!

The best experience! The views were amazing definitely an experience I would recommend. The staff were so nice and he was even happy to get a photo with us.

Many laughs, words can't really explain how awesome this was. Thankyou Barossa Helicopters! We will be again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A wonderful birthday present for my mum My mum recently turned 90. She didn’t want presents but as she’d always wanted to go up in a helicopter, we decided to contact Barossa Helicopters & organise a 30 minute flight. The staff were so helpful & considerate. The flight was amazing. The look of joy & wonder on mum’s face when we landed was priceless. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who’s considering a helicopter flight over the stunning Barossa Valley

What a great family business. Even though I am local to the area, it was still great to see things from the air. You see the expansiveness of the Barossa. The pilot was great, explaining everything as we went and recommended places to go to as well. Definitely worth the flight.

Wow what a fantastic time we had. Our1st time on a Helicopter and it was great the views were amazing and our pilot Nick was awesome. Thanks Nick .
