All bookings must be paid at the time of booking/prior to departure. Maximum weight of 125kgs per person, maximum boat weight 350kgs per group. Cancellations requested within 2 days prior to booking date are subject to approval and may be transferable if approved. Cancellations must be made by phone to 0433137320 and followed by an email to info@oceanadventures.co Passengers must be at the wharf 15 minutes prior to booking time. Ocean Adventures Phillip Island reserves the right to resell the seats after this time and charge the client in full if these seats cannot be resold. Failure to attend booking will result in loss of tickets. If passengers run late, ride time will be reduced accordingly and/or a $25 pp rebooking fee will be applied. 

Ocean Adventures Phillip Island reserves the right to cancel services due to inclement weather (generally defined as precipitation greater than a drizzle, wind and swell conditions). If we need to cancel a ride due to inclement weather, or for any other reason, the ride will be rescheduled. If the ride cannot be rescheduled, or the passenger cannot attend an alternative ride, a refund will be provided. Should a guest “no-show” for a ride no refund will be provided. Ocean Adventures Phillip Island reserves the right to refuse service to those who are believed to be affected by alcohol or drugs and no refund will be provided.

Passengers who are pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions and/or any other pre-existing conditions or injuries must not tour with Ocean Adventures Phillip Island Passengers who tour with Ocean Adventures Phillip Island do so at their own risk and must sign a release of liability/assumption of risk prior to boarding. Passengers aged under 18 years must have an adult sign on their behalf.
Children are defined as being between the ages of 5yo and 16yo. All Ocean Adventures Phillip Island passengers must meet the minimum height requirement of 110cm and minimum of 5 years of age.
