A night tour at Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary is a unique experience to step back in time, spotlighting for endangered animals.
Our guide will take you deep into the Sanctuary, inside the predator-proof fence, where native animals are thriving in the absence of foxes and feral cats.

On the tour you might be lucky enough to witness the Eastern Bettong foraging on native truffles in the wild (this species has been extinct from the Australian mainland for almost 100 years). Or see a tiny sugar glider eating nectar from the top of a flowering eucalyptus tree. You can observe various kangaroo and wallaby species feeding in their natural environment. Possums are often spotted slowly walking along the ground from tree to tree, as they have adapted to their predator free environment.
All tours meet at Wildbark, 25 Rosenberg st Throsby. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time for your tour or event.

Please wear enclosed shoes and weather appropriate Clothing. A red-light torch will be provided to you for the tour, to ensure minimal impact on nocturnal species.
