Please meet at our office: 207 Katoomba Street (inside the Blue Mountains YHA), Katoomba 2780 at 8am. We will return to the office around 5pm the following day. Please note that we need you here on time, if you are late we may have to leave without you.

Due to the small groups and the specialised nature of what we do we require minimum 14 days notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. All cancellations incur a $30 fee per person. If you cancel or reschedule within 14 days of trip departure a full cancellation fee applies. Click to read full Terms and Conditions

After meeting at our office we will be driving about an hour into the northern Blue Mountains, on the edge of the Wollemi National Park. From the car we will walk about 30 mins down hill to our stunning wilderness campsite of Deep Pass. Here we will set up our base camp for the two days. Activities and short adventures will be conducted around the area of Deep Pass. We will collect our drinking water from the creek (guides will ensure it is safe to drink), cook on the fire, and be toileting in the bush (you will be taught how to do this SAFELY and HYGIENICALLY).

Please email us if you have any questions or concerns about the weekend or regarding gear required for the course

We will provide all food for the two days, cooking equipment, course materials, and a course manual for you to keep.

We are always happy to chat on the phone too, so feel free to give us a call on 02 4782 6224.
