HQ is a luxury boat that’s equipped with all the amenities. We offer a wide variety of services to make your event unforgettable. Enjoy luxury cruising on your own private motor cruiser yacht for the day or by the hour on Voodoo II , BYO permitted. All the refinements of a luxury yacht are on board for cruising and overnight stays in the Bay!

Security Check
The Guest credit card used to make a payment name must match the photo id to be presented on arrival.
Security Bond RequirementA security bond is required prior to departure. Failure to pay the required security bond will result in the booking being voided. Bond freeze may take upto 15 days to be lifted
In this circumstance, the booking will be treated as cancelled by the customer, and no refund or rescheduling will be available, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)
We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time a booking is made. During this period, bookings may be cancelled for a full refund. After the 24-hour cooling-off period has expired, no refunds will be provided for a change of mind, as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
Weather and Safety-Related Cancellations
For safety reasons, the company may cancel a booking where adverse weather conditions are forecast by the Bureau of Meteorology Marine Forecast. This may include strong wind warnings, storm warnings, or conditions that make boating unsafe. Where a booking is cancelled by the company for safety reasons, customers will be offered the option to reschedule to an alternative date, subject to availability.
Refunds
Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, refunds are not provided for cancellations due to weather, personal circumstances, or change of mind outside the cooling-off period.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Booking Changes (Personal Circumstances)
Bookings may be rescheduled if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled departure time. All date changes are subject to availability.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for the booking on the scheduled date and time will result in the booking being forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be available for no-shows, except where required by law.

Your boarding location is here , behind Cargo Restaurant . Ensure your guests arrive 30m before departure time. No time extension will be provided for a late departure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT
1. Hirers are required to arrive on time and are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to the agreed time. Late arrivals will result in additional waiting charges-at a rate of $450 per hour. Customers are to meet at our shop at 84 New Quay Promenade Docklands 3008. The vessel will be waiting for you at waterfront city Marina at dock C4.
2. No fires are to be lit on board the vessel or no naked flames. No Smoking and No pets on the vessels, otherwise the damaged items on the vessel will be charged accordingly.
3. No Party on all vessels for overnight stays. Please respect the facilities, any damage to the vessel will incur an insurance excess up to at per the agreement. A bond of $500 will be required.
4. No high heeled shoes should be worn.
5. No Red Wine is allowed on the boat.
6. While parked at the marina or during overnight stays, there should be No excess noise & No unruly behaviour.
7. No items are to be removed from the cruiser, please return the vessel the same as when you found it, otherwise the missing items will be charged for.
8. All instructions must be obeyed from by the skipper. The vessel failure to do so may result in the offending party being removed from the vessel.
9. The hirer agrees to abide by the rules of the crew at all times.
10. The vessel must be left in a tidy manner. A cleaning fee will apply as per the rules of the club at a rate of $100 per hour.
11.The passenger count must not be exceed the passenger limit of the vessel. If so passengers will be asked to leave.

12. Weather monitoring is the responsibility of PCC Boat Management and the Hirer. If at any point that a PCC Boat Management representative believes that the weather is not appropriate for safe sailing, we reserve the right to cancel the charter and defer to a later time. No refund is permitted.
13. For cancellations mandated by the state due to health safety reasons (i.e Covid 19 lockdown and restrictions), if the booking has been cancelled, we reserve the right to defer to a later time. No refund is permitted.
