What You Will Discover
We guarantee you’ll see a Koala or two, a mob of Kangaroo, a whole colony of Flying Fox and many species of bird. If conditions are right, you may also spot shy pademelons, echidnas, tawny frogmouths, and water dragons basking by the creeks.
- Spot the Differences: Learn from our expert guides how to distinguish between a kangaroo and a wallaby, or a grey-headed flying fox and a black one.

Relax and Journey in Comfort
Travel in style and comfort in either our cosy eight-seater hybrid vehicle or our spacious 12-seater bus, depending on your group size. Our day includes a scenic 45-minute drive to our first habitat and a relaxing 1-hour return drive to Byron Bay, interspersed with short, easy walks. 🚙
Gourmet Picnic Lunch Included

We will contact you by 4pm the day before your tour, to confirm your exact pick up time. Contact will be made via your local mobile phone number (if you have one), if not we will use your international number with WhatsApp, if you don’t have a Whatsapp account we will use email.
Please wear covered shoes, and dark clothes if possible and bring a water bottle – we can refill your water. Just a reminder that we are a highly accredited eco tourism company, there will be no feeding, touching or disturbing the wildlife that we trying to see.

When you come on a Vision Walks tour, you’re not just spotting koalas, wandering rainforest tracks, or cruising the hinterland with a bunch of fellow nature lovers. You’re also helping us put trees back where they belong — in the ground, growing like mad, feeding wildlife, and locking away carbon. Here is some more info on our tree planting programme.

Check out our online shop for our range of Aussie made Australian soft toys; koalas, kangaroos, platypus, wombats and night vision gear. We are happy to hand deliver the soft toys to your hotel room, when we pick you up for your tour. The Night Vision gear will have to be delivered to your home address.
