SELF-DRIVE to meeting point at Port Welshpool Jetty carpark, 80 Lewis St, Port Welshpool boarding at 9.15am (All day parking available at jetty carpark) WHAT TO BRING We recommend you bring on the day: * Comfortable clothing, walking shoes, sun hat & sunglasses * Wind/rain-proof jacket * Bathers, wetsuit, towel & snorkelling gear * Sunscreen & insect repellent *Help us reduce waste – Bring your own keep cup and refillable water bottle * All personal medication required * European wasps and March flies are occasionally encountered in Refuge cove, if you have any allergies to them, please bring medication. MEALS & DRINKS Morning tea and lunch will be included on the day, liquor and soft drinks are available at bar prices. Please let us know of any special dietary requests at lest 48hrs prior to the cruise by contacting our office. Please note that this is not an allergen-free kitchen and food may contain or come into contact with common allergens. CRUISE CONDITIONS This is an adventure cruise, requiring some level of mobility for transfer to and from shore. The cruise operates in open Bass Strait waters, where rough conditions can sometimes be encountered. Although our vessel is designed for maximum comfort, some conditions may distress those who are prone to motion sickness, high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or any other conditions that motion may affect. Passengers who are on current medications or suffer prior illnesses are required to inform crew staff. Ocean conditions may also alter the cruise route. CANCELLATION We reserve the right to cancel any cruise based on not meeting minimum numbers or weather conditions. You will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of this cancellation with the option of a transfer or refund. If booking accommodation, we recommend passengers check with accommodation providers about their cancellation terms.
