Cancellations Popeye requires a minimum of 24hrs’ written notice to cancel any booking. Cancellations received with less than 24hrs’ notice of the intended cruise date will not receive a refund. Cancellations received with greater than 48hrs’ notice will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Popeye reserves the right to cancel any cruise due to unfit weather conditions (winds over 60km/h) and/or temperatures over 38 degrees at any point leading up to the cruise. In this case a refund or rescheduling will be made available to the customer. Rescheduling If your booking needs to be moved to a different day or time Popeye requires 24hour’s notice. Weather If there are unfit weather conditions to cruise (winds over 60km/h and/or temperatures over 38 degrees) you will be notified by our office staff at any time leading up to the cruise. We aim to give us much notice as possible. Alcohol Popeye reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to intoxicated passengers. 
The bar may be closed at any point due to intoxicated behaviour. Facilities Restrooms are not available on board. Public Holidays Public Holiday bookings incur a 15% surcharge on booking fees.
