Indulge in a curated selection of three Kangaroo Island Spirits gins, specially paired with three delicious treats: something fresh, something sweet, and something savoury. 😋
Tasting tours run for an hour and a half, during which a KI representative will talk you through the experience. Learn about what you are tasting, how these premium spirits are crafted, and the unique significance of distilling on Kangaroo Island. Have your questions at the ready and prepare for an insightful, relaxing cruise! 🍸
Onboard Drinks & Refreshments
Of course, there will be a bar on board selling a specialty KI cocktail alongside all of your regular favourites, including beer, wine, and cider.
Important Information
- Voucher Validity: Voucher is valid for the value paid at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change, and any difference is payable upon redemption.
- Minimum Numbers: If minimum numbers are not met for this event, event may be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled. If this is the case, all ticket holders will be notified in advance.
- Dietary Requirements: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dietary allergies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations
Our venue holds limited seating and many of our events sell out. For this reason we request minimum 14 days written notice before your event to receive a full refund.
Cancellations received with less than 7 days’ notice of the intended cruise date, are non refundable.
Cancellations received with greater than 7 days’ notice and less than 14 days’ notice will incur a charge equivalent to 25% of the ticket fee. This reflects the care and time required to prepare the event and prevention of other guests to make a booking.
Cancellations received with greater than 14 days’ notice will receive a full refund.
Popeye reserves the right to cancel any cruise due to unfit weather conditions (winds over 30km/h) and/or temperatures over 38 degrees at any point leading up to the cruise. In this case free rescheduling will be made available to the customer.
Rescheduling
If your booking needs to be moved to a different day or time Popeye requires greater than 7 days’ written notice to reschedule. You have two opportunities to reschedule.
Weather
If there are unfit weather conditions to cruise (winds over 30km/h and/or temperatures over 38 degrees) you will be notified by our office staff at any time leading up to the cruise. We aim to give us much notice as possible.
If a cruise needs to be cancelled we will offer the opportunity to rebook for another cruise time or offer a full refund.
We do have transparent blinds on board that can be fixed down that will keep out wind and rain if there is to be any!
Alcohol
This is an over 18’s event only.
Popeye reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to intoxicated passengers. The bar may be closed at any point due to intoxicated behaviour.
Facilities
Restrooms are not available on board. The captain will need to be notified if passengers need a rest break and will direct passengers to use of public restrooms during the cruise.
Public Holidays
Public Holiday bookings incur a 15% surcharge on booking fees. These charges will be included within the product cost.
