This is a casual, just-for-fun driving event designed for motoring enthusiasts who want to experience the track without the pressure of racing. 🏎️

Event Details

• Date & Track: Sunday 6 December 2026 – East Circuit
• Exclusive Access: Capped at 60 vehicles, with approximately 20 vehicles on track at any one time to ensure plenty of space. 🏁
• The Circuit: Challenge yourself on the East Circuit (3.41km of pure driving excitement).

Driver & Vehicle Requirements

• Licence: Participants must hold a valid road driver’s licence (provisional licences are accepted; unfortunately, learner’s permits are not permitted). No racing licence is required!
• Safety Gear: A minimum standard AS1698 or ECE22.04 helmet (or higher standard), full-length clothing (pants and long-sleeve shirt), and enclosed shoes must be worn. 🛡️
• Vehicle Condition: Vehicles must be in roadworthy condition and will undergo a safety check prior to entering the circuit.
• Suitability: Off-road style 4WDs and utes may not be suitable. No bullbars are permitted.

Pricing & Passenger Passes

• Entry Fee: $175 per car (includes 1 driver). Additional drivers can be added for $85.
• Booking Deadline: Online entries close at COB, three (3) business days prior to the scheduled date. A detailed email will be sent to each registered participant following the close of entries.
• Passengers: Passenger passes are subject to availability. Passenger sessions run for 30 minutes (typically at the end of the event) and passengers are not permitted in cars during the rest of the event. Passenger registration is available separately.

Schedule & Fuel

• Arrival: Please arrive at least 1 hour before the start time to allow sufficient time for sign-on and the vehicle safety check.
• Fuel Availability: Premium 98, E85, and ELF 102 race fuel are available for purchase on-site.

Waiting List & Arrive and Drive

Waiting List: When the event sells out, you can join the waiting list. Credit card details are required, but you will only be charged if your entry is accepted. If a spot opens up, your entry will be confirmed, your card charged, and a confirmation email sent. If you are on the waiting list and can no longer attend, please request to be removed from the list.

Arrive and Drive: You may choose to ‘arrive and drive’ on the day, subject to availability. If you choose this option, you must arrive during the allocated sign-on time and attend the drivers’ briefing. No entries will be accepted after this time.
