Event Entry Requirements

To ensure a safe and competitive environment, this exclusive track day is tailored for experienced drivers and dedicated machinery:

• Exclusive Field: Restricted to closed-wheel race cars capable of lap times of 1:55 or faster on the International Circuit. ⏱️
• Strictly Limited: Capped at just 30 entrants to ensure maximum track space and clear runs.
• Safety First: All drivers must wear an AS1698 or ECE22.03 compliant helmet, or a standard complying with Level B (or higher) in Motorsport Australia Schedule D. Helmets are available for hire for $55.
• Driver Apparel: Full-length clothing (ankle to wrist) and enclosed, flat shoes are mandatory.
• Vehicle Standards: Vehicles must be roadworthy, fit for purpose, and comply with Motorsport Australia Schedule A and Schedule B. This includes a mandatory fire extinguisher (available to hire for $25).
• Licensing: All drivers must hold a minimum of a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence.
• Solo Driving: Passengers are strictly not permitted on this high-performance day.
• All-Weather Action: Track days proceed rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe. 🌧️
• On-Site Fuel: Premium 98, E85, and ELF 102 race fuel are available directly on-site.

Track Configuration and Pricing

West Circuit (3.41km) — Monday 31st August

Prepare to tackle the challenging West Circuit configuration, offering a thrilling mix of technical turns and fast straights.

• Entry + Single Pit Lane Garage: $1,750 inc GST

Please note: Entries close at COB two business days prior to the event, unless sold out earlier. A minimum number of pre-registered entrants is required; if not met, participants will be notified to process refunds or reschedule.

Event Schedule

• 8:00 am: Gates Open & Sign-On
• 8:30 am: Mandatory Drivers Briefing
• 9:00 am — 4:00 pm: Track Time (7 Hours Open Pit Lane)

Arrive and Drive

Subject to track availability, you may choose to arrive and drive on the day. To participate, you must arrive during the allocated sign-on window and attend the mandatory drivers briefing. No late entries will be accepted.

Cancellations and Date Changes

• Cancellations must be advised at least 5 business days prior to your booked event.
• A transfer to another date on our Track Day calendar at the time of cancellation is available, or you can choose a voucher to use for rebooking within 6 months.
• Withdrawals inside five (5) business days prior to an event will forfeit the full entry/garage fee.
• Refunds for non-attendance are not available.
