The Ultimate Track Experience

Take on the sensational 3.41km West Circuit and test your vehicle’s capabilities. With strictly capped numbers, you will enjoy plenty of clear track space to hone your skills at your own pace. 🌟

• Exclusive Track Time: Capped at 60 vehicles total, with approximately 20 cars on track at any one time.
• No Racing Licence Required: All you need is a current, valid road driver’s licence (provisional licences welcome; sorry, no learner’s permits).
• Safety First: Every vehicle undergoes a safety check, and drivers must wear an approved helmet (AS1698 or ECE22.04 or higher), full-length clothing, and enclosed shoes.
• Vehicle Suitability: Open to standard roadworthy cars. Please note that bullbars are not permitted, and off-road style 4WDs or utes may not be suitable.

Pricing and Registration

• Entry Fee: $175 per car (includes 1 driver) | $85 per additional driver.
• Booking Deadline: Online entries close at COB, three (3) business days prior to each scheduled date.
• Pre-Event Briefing: A detailed information email will be sent to all registered participants following the close of entries.

Passenger Passes

Want to share the excitement? Passenger passes are subject to availability. Dedicated passenger sessions run for 30 minutes (usually at the end of the event). Please note passengers are not permitted in cars during the main driving sessions. You can complete your passenger registration online.

Event Schedule and Fuel

• Arrival: Please arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time to allow ample time for sign-on and your vehicle safety check.
• On-Site Fuel: Premium 98, E85, and ELF 102 race fuel are all conveniently available on-site.

Waiting List and Arrive & Drive

If an event is sold out, you can join the waiting list. Your credit card details are required to secure your place, but you will only be charged if a spot becomes available and your entry is confirmed. If you can no longer attend, please request to be removed from the list.

Pending availability, you may also choose to ‘arrive and drive’ on the day. To do this, you must arrive during the allocated sign-on time and attend the mandatory drivers’ briefing. No late entries can be accepted.
