Q. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 14 days before the charter:
For cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled charter, we will provide a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of the charter:
Due to the preparations involved and the potential loss of booking opportunities, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled charter.
Please note that this cancellation policy is part of our terms and conditions. By booking a charter with us, you agree to this policy. We recommend that clients obtain appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a cancellation.
In the event that Horizon Cat Cruises must cancel a charter due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
