Please note that this cancellation policy is part of our terms and conditions. By booking a charter with us, you agree to this policy. We recommend that clients obtain appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a cancellation. In the event that Horizon Cat Cruises must cancel a charter due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
