Rotness Air Taxi was brilliant in getting us to Rottnest Island when our ferry transfer was cancelled due to bad weather. It was so easy to make the online booking (might need to add...at 10pm for the next morning). The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our pilot, did an amazing job bringing us safely to Rottnest in 12 minutes. The landing was super soft and prior we were treated to some stunning views of the island from above. I would 100% recommend travelling to Rottnest Island making use of their amazing service to guarantee your arrival and departure. What a special way to arrive, and what great value for money.

Spectacular Having lived on Rottnest Island for a few years, it was amazing to see it from that perspective. The low altitude loop around the Island was surreal, being able to see my favourite bays in a new light.
Declan, our pilot, was amazing, and obviously very experienced. I could barely feel when the plane landed.

Our flying saviour We booked our flight at short notice when we realised we couldn't get to Rottnest via ferry due to arriving after the last ferry left. The team was terrific in organising airport transfers to their base. Our pilot was excellent, worked through some weight issues and we got to our destination with some daylight left just in time, with a scenic fly over added in.

100% experience!! Chanced upon the air-taxi when i was looking at Rottnest island website. Thought of surprising my good friend with this and decided to give it a go! I was initially quite worried but my worries are redundant! The whole flight experience was awesome, very comfortable and the view amazing! My friend was in awe of the bird eye view and she really love it!! She totally enjoyed herself so much, as much as I do! Do book the additional city tour.. it is definitely worth it! Thankful to our pilot who was so reassuring too!! Definitely an unforgettable experience and highly recommend to give air taxi a try! Exciting Experience! Our family flight to Rottnest including a scenic flight was an exciting and enjoyable experience for all. A wonderful way to show the island to two interstate visitors and a way to commemorate a milestone birthday for a family member. We felt very safe and got to see our beautiful WA coastline from a whole new angle. Our pilot was very professional and friendly and the whole process was very easy and relaxed.

Incredible staff went way out of their way to retrieve lost phone First up, the flight is awesome. Proper small-plane experience, I felt like Indiana Jones. Pilot was friendly, confident, and pulled off very smooth landings.
The coup de grace was the fantastic lengths to which Frank went to help recover a lost phone. We had an idea where it was, but just didn't have time to go halfway across the Island before our flight back. We'd given up on it, when Frank steoped uo and offered to scoot to the lost place and retrieve the phone for us, while we flew back to Perth! Very generous. Then, even more generously, he stopped by our place on his way home that evening to drop off the phone! Really extremely generous and decent, what a gentleman.

Fab Flight Flight around Rottnest Island was fab even seen a whale breaching in the waters and pilot Steve did another trip around. soo good.

12 minute flight of wonder superb to see Fremantle the mighty Swan river and Perth from up in the sky ,but once you leave the land and see the glorious colours of the ocean out and around Rottnest then it makes this flight a brilliant way to start a visit to the Island .

Beautiful views from above Advertised as 20 minutes but felt longer with plenty of photo and video taking opportunities. The pilot was quite accomodating and an expert at tilting the plane so we could get those perfect views and shots. Even the walk from the main settlement to the airport was enjoyable with hardly anyone in sight despite it being a very busy period (Easter weekend).

Northern Tour Excellent tour, took my partner for the Northern tour over rottnest and was supposed to be over Fremantle and the Perth Beaches, although there was a large fire on the day and we couldn't use the airspace due to the water bombers, pilot was great and we went over the rockingham coastline which was awesome.
My partner realy enjoyed it as she was up the front next to the pilot and was given a rundown of all the sights and attractions. The only downside was he didn't have any extra headsets, I was at the back of the plane and was unable to hear anything over the sound of the plane.
Other than that it was a fantastic service :)

Fun and exciting mini-adventure Flying on a small plane is not high on my list of relaxing holiday activiteis, but I was very impressed with the 10-minute scenic flight we took with Rottnest Air Taxi on the urging of my 9-year-old son. Our pilot was exprienced and her enthusiasm was contagious. She was great at explaining what to expect, such as the need to approach the runway a lttle off-centre to account for the cross wind on the day of our tour. It was interesting to see the Island, and our accomodation at lovely Geordie Bay, from the air. The flight was a highlight for the children.

Wonderful experience and lovely pilot! I flew from Rottnest to Perth and though the trip was brief, I really enjoyed the beautiful views and sunny weather! Very comfortable flight, including takeoff and landing, props to the pilot!

Excellent Service We booked a return trip to Rottnest from Jandakot airport with an addition of a fly over Perth city on our return. The trip was booked for a birthday celebration and was well received. The pilots were both very friendly and accommodating taking pictures of the group (4 adults) on the outward journey. On the return journey the pilot went out of his way to ensure we saw the whales in the water below. Highly recommended.

Perfect way to get to Rottnest My husband and I travelled to and from Rottnest Island by Rottnest Air-Taxi. The ability to have greater flexibility with arrival/departure times in comparison to the ferry service was the main factor to fly. It is more expensive than catching the ferry, but well worth the cost for the time saved and beautiful views from above.

What a wonderful experience! Both Michelle and Joshua were incredibly professional and just delightful. Joshua was even happy to delay our departure by a few minutes to ensure we caught the sunset on our way home. So greatly appreciated as it was just incredible.

This experience may well have ruined the ferry for ever.

Flight from Jandakot to Rottnest Being flown to Rottnest when the ferries had cancelled was great as it allowed my son and his daughter to still make it to the island for their short break away from the farm.

Professional, friendly, and fast! Frank and Michelle were our pilots for the day - the booking process and the service was perfect as our group took to the skies in 2 of their planes. The flight was a great experience for everyone, and we couldn't have asked for a better day trip to celebrate a company milestone.

Easy to park at Jandakot airport, and just as easy to walk from the airstrip on Rottnest Island over to the bike/scooter hire place once you get there (which is only a short 20 min flight). Would do this again!

Joy Flight A view from the sky was a great way to see Rottnest Island . Flying in a small prop plane was a first time experience for the family and it was something we will remember for a long time it was well priced which was a bonus

To Rottnest with views First time flyers in a small plane and our experience was excellent. Our pilot Michelle was very warm and welcoming and made us feel at ease. Take off and landing were smooth and the flight only took 12 minutes. The views of the Swan River, Fremantle and the city were spectacular. I would highly recommend this service

Amaising experience Joshua was a pleasure to have as our pilot officiant and informative Our pilot informed us what direction we would fly and pointed out trees planted that spell out rotnest and that we could spot whales which was great to know we didn't see any but it was good to be informed an amaising weather perfect take off and landing well done josh for only 5 yrs of flying

Incredible, stunning, joy flight over Rottnest What a fabulous way to see Rottnest.

Our pilot, Frank was very patient with us, ensuring we were safely deposited in our seats with belts fastened correctly.

Frank's skills were first rate and put my friends' and my nerves at ease.

We'd never done a small plane flight before and most likely won't again, but this was incredible.
It was a perfect day when we ascended and once we'd tapered off it was simply breathtaking to see the beautiful colours of the waters surrounding the island.

The wind picked up (quite a bit in our eyes, but not bad according to Frank), before our descent and we were 3 frightened women coming in to land, but Frank had a lifetime of experienced and landed the plane better than a lot of domestic flights I've been on.

I can't express enough how incredible this experience was and encourage anyone considering it, to do it.

We all felt it extremely good value ($65 each for 10 min flight). We did a full loop of the island.
