You will discover everything from rare water filled salt lakes to opals and 
rockets on this tagalong tour.
Our tour begins at Discovery Parks Port Augusta,
with a Welcome Dinner and “Meet and Greet” in the evening.
This is where you will meet your fellow travellers
and discuss our exciting adventure for the
coming 10 days.
Following breakfast the next morning it’s time
to hit the road. We will visit the Wadlata Outback Centre at 
Port Augusta, heading off towards Woomera. This
town has truck loads of history and was the site
of the Woomera Rocket Range. We will also do a
bit of star gazing at the Woomera Observatory.
From here it’s time to head underground,
with an opal mine tour at Coober Pedy. From
Coober Pedy, we travel onto the Oodnadatta Track and  William Creek.
Further down the Oodnadatta track, we stop
off at Kati Thanda – Lake Eyre, then onto Marree, where we spend some time checking out local historical Ghan railway sites and memorabilia. 

Here at Marree is where we will be provided better views of Kathi Thanda from the air.

Leaving Marre,we head for Farina, and stop at the Underground Bakery when open, and view the remains of the town, and camping the night at the Campgrounds.

Our last day of travel features a variety of interesting sites with our final destination being Quorn.

We celebrate with a Farewell evening meal together to thank you for joining us on our journeys.
