Important to Know
All guests must be able to move around the vessel independently and safely. This includes boarding, handling small steps or walkways, moving around, and staying seated during small waves without crew assistance.
¹ Cruise time may be extended to 1.25 hours, depending on conditions.
³ Beverages and snacks can be purchased on our fully licensed boats only (Dancing Dolphin and Mandjar).

Logistics & Departure Details
Our cruisers depart from the MANDURAH CRUISES JETTY, MANDJAR SQUARE.
We are lucky to have lots of free parking in central Mandurah, very close by. We recommend the free all-day parking close to our departure point on Ormsby Terrace, Mandurah, but read this map for more options.
There is also a fast rail link from central Perth to Mandurah, and buses which head to central Mandurah from the station (routes 588 and 589, get off at stop number 17704).
We operate daily, usually at 10am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, and 3pm. Our main vessel, Mandjar, is wheelchair accessible (up to 71cm width). Substitute vessels may occasionally be used. You can also get more information on our accessibility page.
Departures
All Dolphin Cruise & Views Tours depart from Mandurah Cruises Jetty, in front of the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre at Mandjar Square. Google Map Link: CLICK HERE.
Boarding Time
Boarding commences approximately 15 minutes prior to departure. All cruises depart on time and do not wait for those who arrive late. So, please allow plenty of time to arrive for your cruise.
Our tour guide will greet you at the top of the departure jetty and check you in as soon as it is okay to board.

Dolphin Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Our crew will determine whether there was adequate dolphin sighting during your cruise. This will be confirmed to all guests at the end of your tour and noted in our records. It can also be checked retrospectively with our Reservations office.
Should there be dolphin sighting during your cruise, the Dolphin Guarantee is not valid for return trips and is non-refundable.
Should a dolphin sighting not occur and you wish to use your Dolphin Guarantee to return, you are free to make another booking within 12 months of your original tour date, subject to availability.
You may return as many times as you wish until you are on a tour where there is a dolphin sighting.
Return bookings are non-transferable and can only be made for passengers who purchased a Dolphin Promise with the original booking.
Once you are on a tour with adequate dolphin sighting, the Dolphin Promise is no longer valid. Should you wish to travel on our Dolphin Cruise & Views again, a new ticket must be purchased.

General Terms & Conditions
- Minimum Numbers: Minimum numbers apply for the tour to depart. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
- Weather Conditions: Cruises operate in all weather conditions so please dress appropriately.
- No Smoking: No smoking is permitted on board any of Mandurah Cruises vessels or on the departure jetty.

Dolphin Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Mandurah’s dolphins are wild creatures viewed in their natural environment. While sighting them is likely, it may not occur on every cruise. Our Dolphin Guarantee ~ included in every Dolphin Cruise & Views tour ~ guarantees the tour’s dolphin sighting. It’s very simple: if the cruise you travel on does not see dolphins, you can travel again for free until you do!
- Our crew will determine whether there was adequate dolphin sighting during your cruise. This will be confirmed to all guests at the end of your tour and noted in our records. It can also be checked retrospectively with our Booking Office.
- If dolphins are sighted during your cruise, the Dolphin Guarantee is not valid for return trips.
- Should a dolphin sighting not occur and you wish to use your Dolphin Guarantee to return, you are free to make another booking within 12 months of your original tour date, subject to availability. If you are from overseas, we will extend the booking period to three years.
- You may return as many times as you wish until you are on a tour where there is a dolphin sighting.
- Return bookings are non-transferable and can only be made for passengers who made the original tour booking.
- Once you are on a tour with adequate dolphin sighting, the Dolphin Guarantee is no longer valid. Should you wish to travel on our Dolphin Cruise & Views again, a new ticket must be purchased.
- Our Dolphin Guarantee is only available for fully-paid bookings with Mandurah Cruises ~ not available to customers who travel for free, such as Companions of Companion Cardholders. Each customer receiving the Guarantee must have initially booked our Dolphin Cruise & Views tour.
