TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Children Policy
- Children aged 6 – 16 years old can swim with whale sharks
- Children aged 13 – 16 years old can swim with humpback whales
- Children 3 – 5 years old cannot swim with humpback whales, but they can swim with whale sharks. Child rates applied.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult or parent at all times on board.
- Children must be confident in themselves and know how to swim and snorkel.
- Children can bring their own personal snorkel gear on board ( if you have it).
Terms & Conditions Cancellation
A 20% administration fee will be kept if a cancellation is made within 14 days of the tour departing. A refund will not be given if the cancellation of bookings is made within 7days of the tour departing cost of the tour will be applied. A transfer can be made up to 7 days before the tour without incurring a fee. Afterwards, you will incur a 20% administration fee. 100% cost of the tour is applied for no-show. The full cost of the tour will be applied for non-participation in swimming or a change of mind.
A refund will be given under the following conditions: Bad Weather, Lack of numbers
No Show Policy Ecotour
Tours are nature-based and rely on the appearance of wildlife. While every effort is made to locate the sightings of wildlife, whale sharks, Manta Rays, humpback whales, and other marine life, there will naturally be days in the season when no whale sharks or wildlife will be sighted. This by no means is a common occurrence, as the high numbers of wildlife in the area and the use of a spotter plane to locate them reduce the chance of not seeing them or other marine wildlife.
