Recommended Minimum Age: 12 years and over  ***please contact us on +61 404350503 prior to booking if a guest is below the minimun age limit to discuss possible tour options.

Recommended over 40 kg and under 120 kg  ***please contact us on +61 404350503 prior to booking if a guest does not meet the recommended weight range to discuss tour optiions.

        
Guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Not recommended for guests with some mobility or motor control issues. Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail.

Kangaroo Segway Tours has a strict policy against alcohol consumption and Segway operation. Alcohol is forbidden on all Segway tours and any client suspected of drinking before or during a Segway tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given.

Helmets are provided and required (you can bring your own helmets if they meet Australian Helmet Standards).

No thongs, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels.

Sign guest liability waiver.

Respect other tour guests, road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride.
