Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time so we can get you started promptly.

If you are running late, there is no need to call – we will accommodate you where possible, but other bookings may take priority. 

All guests entering the golf rooms must have a valid ticket — including adults accompanying children. As acknowledged during the booking process, tickets are required for every person entering. If your booking currently includes children only, any accompanying adults will need to purchase a ticket on arrival.

Glowing Rooms is a licensed venue. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult after 6:00pm. All guests 18+ must present a valid ID. For accepted forms of ID, please refer to our FAQ page. 

Children under 5 years of age are not permitted in the golf rooms for safety reasons, unless they remain secured in a pram or carrier at all times. 

As per the “Please Read before Booking” section we ask you to acknowledge before proceeding to the checkout page, bookings are a live event and non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we can reschedule bookings or offer a credit for later use if you need to cancel but aren’t ready to reschedule. To cancel or reschedule a booking, please inform us a minimum of 4 hours before your booked time. 

External food (including cakes) is not permitted in the venue. We have a Café on-site and offer Hot Food, Gelato, Alcoholic Beverages, Slushies, and Smoothies, as well as barista-made Coffee.
