Everything for our bike ride was organised so professionally. We felt our safety was considered very highly which made us feel at ease, considering it was only our second time on an e bike. The bike ride that was suggested to us was perfect ( we were even given a digital map on our phones), and sandy went out of her way to assist us when we got a bit lost! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to see the Adelaide hills or anywhere else with a personal view. Thankyou

We had such a wonderful experience with E-Go Bike Hire on a beautiful Autumn day in the Adelaide Hills. Neither of us had ridden an e-bike before, but it was incredibly easy to learn and we quickly gained confidence and got the hang of it.
Neil was so helpful in suggesting different routes, and we decided to challenge ourselves by riding from Uraidla to Mt Lofty. The e-bikes made it far easier than we expected, and it was such a fantastic way to take in the beauty of the Adelaide Hills and explore places we may never have otherwise seen.
A huge thank you to Sandra and Neil for their friendliness, advice and hospitality. They really made the whole experience feel relaxed, welcoming and memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and unique way to explore the Hills.

E-go Bike Hire provided an excellent week of bike riding for us, in the Adelaide Hills, and Adelaide. We were part of a group of 22 cyclists from Melbourne, a U3A riding group of people mostly over 60. The E-go company provided us all with e-bikes (different sizes according to the riders' heights), and led us on excellent and varied bike rides. Each day we rode over 40 km. The E-go team were all fantastic - they had people leading each group, and tailing each group, to ensure no one got lost! They provided bikes that were in excellent condition, and a cycle mechanic who could make adjustments and fix problems along the way. And they were great people - they know the area and the routes, and enjoyed sharing information, coffee and meals along the way. with us. I highly recommend them!! We had a great week, and would happily cycle with them again in future!

We hired two bikes for the Adelaide Equestrian Festival and could not be happier with the service, the bikes and the booking process! Sandra was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, communication was outstanding and the drop off and pick up service made the whole experience so easy. The bikes were amazing, all accessories provided were new and the attention to detail was incredible.
Looking forward to booking our bikes again for next year’s event!

Renting from E‑GO Bikes is as good as it gets. The bikes were in perfect condition, and all the accessories we needed were included at no extra charge. Sandy was incredibly patient and flexible while helping us plan the perfect itinerary for our ride along the Linear Trail. We had an unforgettable day. I highly recommend this bike company.

Sandy was wonderful in assisting my brother and I hiring e bikes over the TDU. She is warm, friendly and an excellent host on the Uraidla TDU stage where a delicious picnic was organised outside the Uraidla Hotel.
The bikes were of an excellent standard, and handled the Adelaide hills with ease. Will be in contact again for next year!

Over the last few years, my wife and I on our travels love to hire e-bikes and never have we been provided with better quality e-bikes than those provided by Sandy@egobicyclehire. They were presented in wonderful condition and not a moment of trouble with them whilst we had them. LSandy also had a great range of wonderful accessories and you should see how neatly she keeps her delivery van! Sandy could not have been more helpful from the moment we made contact looking to hire e-bikes for a few days - to the return of same - she should give lessons in customer care! We had a few wonderful trail rides in SA - a most beautiful part of Australia. We commend without reservation Sandy and her team @egobicyclehire.

A brilliant day out. We were able to give an international visitor a fantastic experience and still discover some stunning new views ourselves.
Booking was simple, communication from Sandy was excellent, and everything ran smoothly. It was our first time on e-bikes and we were genuinely impressed — easy to ride, effortless on the hills, and we covered far more ground than we would have on standard bikes.
Sandy helped us plan the route using a free app, which worked perfectly. We started and finished at the Uraidla Hotel (great coffee, pastries and pub food) and stopped at Pike & Joyce Winery for spectacular views, food and wine. The ride itself was full of photo opportunities and scenery the whole way.
All in all, a perfect day for locals and visitors alike. We’ll definitely hire again soon.

What a lovely autumnal ride we had today. As absolute newbies to e-bikes, it was comforting to get such a good introduction before we set off. Sandy explained how the bikes work and adjusted them to fit for us. Information emailed prior to the day was very clear and easy to follow and I look forward to riding with E-Go Bikes again.

Rented for trip from Uraidla to Hahndorf. Bikes in excellent working shape. Lots of help in setting up and use of bikes. Timely information and answering of questions prior to pick up date. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Do make sure you have data on your phone and get the maps beforehand as recommended. We ran into problems here and got lost a couple of time. For this ride, as there is no other place to post it, there are several hills. This is not a flat ride. Definitely need to be in reasonable shape to undertake this. Thank you for everything!

Sandy goes above and beyond by providing new e-bikes (ours were Kalkahoff and a Focus) and good, well-fitting helmets, bike gloves, panniers, or a bike pack (which can hold a bottle of wine if you hit up the wineries). She had hand sanitizer and sunscreen available. Bring your own water bottle, or buy water (or a coffee) at the cafe next door.
Recommend you wear brightly colored shirts or buy a Uraidla cycling jersey at the cafe.
