Perfect Day Out What a fabulous way to get to know Adelaide. After meeting in the city amd meandering through the inner city sights and history we were then treated to some delightful trails through parks and alongside the beautiful river. Our lovely guide made sure the pace of the ride suited us all. The highlight was the ride along the beachfront from Henley to Glenelg, including a leisurely lunch at a cafe beside the water!

Beautiful and Peaceful What a beautiful way to see Adelaide and the surrounding community!! It was such a peaceful stroll along the river, past parks and beautiful homes to the incredible ocean - and then along the ocean. Still pinching ourselves with this experience. Fabian was a fantastic and caring guide! Highly recommend.

Must vjsit place in a life time My first ever visit to Australia was south australia. I couldn’t be happier with my trip. From beaches to wildlife park , everything was so amazing. People were nice and weather was EXCELLENT

A memorable cycle trip through Adelaide. Excellent morning's cycling. Started with a cycle through the city along the various cycle lanes and then through the park by the river to Henley and then Glenelg beaches. The tour was well organised with friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the bikes were good and well-maintained. I have been to Adelaide a few times but managed to see things that I had not seen before. We had a great morning's cycling and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Nothing Good to Say Not a good experience from the start. Bicycle tires were under inflated on both our bikes. Needed to request more air 2 times. My spouses seat angle couldn't be adjusted as guide didn’t have proper tools (wrench). My bike was small size (I’m 6’ 1”) which made ride difficult. The guide’s bike broke down right away, luckily it was near the start so he could go back to get replacement. The guide didn’t seem to understand this was bike tour, not just a bike ride. Each time we stopped I had to keep asking him if we had passed anything of significance because he didn’t mention anything until near end when he pointed out a stadium and church but we were too far away to hear what he had said. It doesn’t get better, he peddled so slow it was difficult to keep upright half the time. He spent much of the time looking at his smart phone (while riding) I expect to find best route. We normally enjoy city bike tours but not his one, very poor value.

Rip Off - Avoid! Cleland is a great place to visit and thoroughly enjoyable however do not book with Viator or Pure SA (the tour company). It's easy to do it yourself and much cheaper!

The cost of this trip with viator - ie the price we paid was £141.66. If we had gone on our own via Uber, 2 people with a return journey would have been £79.95. We could even have caught the local bus and it would have been even cheaper.
The ticket we received said English Guide. There was no guide. The"driver" did not speak to anyone, he picked us up (there were 6 of us in total) and he drove us to Cleland. He had the sat nav on all the way there and the radio on full volume. No interaction at all.
On arrival at Cleland he said he'd never been there before and he was taking the opportunity to do some photography. He walked far too quickly from the car park to the entrance; there were 2 elderly ladies on the trip who we had to wait for and look out for as he left them behind. On arrival at Cleland entrance he paid for the 6 of us to go in with his credit card and left us and said see you later. It was later as well as he was 30 minutes late picking us up. Despite having a minibus full of bottles of water he did not share these around. There was also no animal feed included in the trip despite many of the reviews on the website saying this was included. The "driver" did not know we were supposed to be going to Mt Lofty so had to do it at the end of the day by which time it was going too dark and cloudy to see anything. Again he swiftly left the bus and headed for the entrance and we had to wait for the ladies ourselves. There was no interaction with us again - didn't point out any places of interest or pass on any information etc. We were totally ripped off and conned!

Leisurely ride with loads to see - definitely recommend We had perfect weather for our ride :-), our guide Ben was great, very knowledgeable and easy going. Great cafe stop for morning tea at Henley Beach before making our way along the coast to Glenelg. After having a leisurely look around we returned to Adelaide via the tram. Fabulous day, thank you.
My only suggestion would be for better signage at the meeting/starting point.

Koalas and Roos! Just fantastic. The park is wonderful, the landscape awesome and the chance to feed kangaroos and pet koalas is not to be missed. Brilliant day all round ????

Great place for close encounter with wildlife We had a friendly young guide who gave us some general background on Adelaide as we headed up into the hills. The Mt lofty view stop had to be aborted as all roads up were closed while power lines were being repaired. The park is well organized with close to natural environments for the animals you are guaranteed some encounters either wallabies and kangaroos, other animals such as koalas are time dependent.

A pleasant bike ride around the city. We were the only two who we on the tour so shout out to Cane who showed up to tour us around. It was a nice leisurely cycle around the CBD green space and very informative. Looking forward to the city to sea ride at some point soon.

An expensive you shouldn’t miss My friends and I really enjoyed this activity today. My tour guide is Ken. He is super friendly. Our first stop is the big duck boat cruise in Victor Harbor. We saw black seals, various birds and little penguins as well as horse-tram. Then we had sandwiches from a local bakery for lunch. After that, we went to the cube.
That was an incredible experience, I highly recommend anyone who hasn't been there before should go to check it out. The Gemtree winery is our last stop. Frankly speaking, I'm disappointed as Ken said their wine are very unique. However, I couldn't taste anything special and felt being treated unfairly. My friends had the same feelings too. Also, Ken mentioned we would provide a snack but we didn’t and the other people did. It's a shame that we couldn't have a happy closure because of this all in all it's still a very good activity.

Lovely day for bike ride! We were lucky to have a nice day and biking along the river was awesome! Fabian provided some great info and we got our bearings so much better than driving around.

A must do tour The Giant Cuttlefish was the reason for the trip and they did not disappoint.
A rainy and hail day to start but it did not dampen anyone's enjoyment.
While the additional stops, walks and site seeing added to the experience. We had a very easy going group for the 3 days - 2 nights.
The 2 tour leaders (Shannon and Shannon) were excellent and fun to be with. Very knowledgeable and happy to accommodate a few extra requests for things to see.

Invigorating Hike A challenging yet doable uphill hike to the summit of Mt. Lofty. Plan accordingly. We'll groomed trails through the bush. Quite peaceful even though the trails were busy. Cleland Wildlife Park is lovely. Spacious and relaxing. Do not miss the Rock wallabies. Active little things.

A fun bike tour - would recommend. We enjoyed this bike trip to Glenelg- great to experience Adelaide on two wheels, and to ride along the river. Only a small section at the beginning is on the road. The only thing we would have liked is a bit more information on some of the buildings and points of interest we passed along the way. Helmets were a bit grotty and dingy - suggest you bring a cap along to use under the helmet.

Kane was very friendly and a helpful guide. The morning tea at Glenelg was great - good coffee!

Meeting the koalas Cleland is a lovely animal sanctuary and it is so nice to be able to get up close with the koalas and other animals.

Wonderful I had a memorable experience in this park. Feeding Kangaroos, touching the Koalas and spend time watching them eat leaves

Koalas!! This was a really awesome tour and a really awesome experience. I highly recommend this as the easiest way to spend some time with some Koalas and Kangaroos. There were other animals of course but everyone always wants the Koalas. The people at PureSA are great and made the entire experience super enjoyable.

Bit of advice for everyone looking to hold a Koala, be sure to reserve your tickets for the Koala Hold experience at Cleland as far in advance as possible. This will sell out just like it did the day I visited the park. You can still do the Koala Closeup that comes with the tour but I wish I knew ahead of time to buy my reservation as early as possible. Next time.

Vines and Victor tour let down, spoilt our whole holiday Not picked up on time and left behind due to message not passed on about which motel we were staying at. Taken on our own to Victor Harbour, had a stale salad roll and a coffee, no boat ride, no walk to Granite Island, taken to the “cube” but not allowed to see all levels, only if we paid, then to Gem winery for wine tasting and nibbles. Only good thing, driver was lovely and very apologetic, but not his fault, supposed to be the highlight of our holiday, so disappointing.. $668.00.. was the cost, we got an $88 refund , shame shame shame Pure SA

Lovely wildlife park Beautiful park with huge enclosures. Saw a wild kangaroo just outside the park too. Our driver was very informative and thoughtful. Had a great time.

Great Fun & Great Value My husband and I had only a short visit to Adelaide so this city cycle tour around the city and out to Glenelg was a perfect combination of being introduced to Adelaide’s history, seeing to major landmarks and enjoying this very lovely city.

Highly recommended and great value.

22/03/22 - My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Adelaide City to Sea Bike Tour. Starting off on Franklin Road near the heart of the city and riding down to the Torrens River and along the bike path all the way out to Henley and then back to Glenelg. A well deserved coffee and cake stop in Henley before the last leg to Glenelg. Lawrence and Chris were fantastic guides and company. The bikes were in fantastic condition unlike us by the end.... Definitely a great way to see the area.

A very strenuous but rewarding hike This was self guided - it’s a 4km hike to the top of mount Lofty with at least a 700m incline at times exhausting - but very good exercise and an excellent path

Unfortunately after reaching the peak in around an hour it was cloudy so I couldn’t see more than a few metres in front of me

The walk down is obviously much easier and I managed to catch some beautiful views of Adelaide

The waterfall at the bottom is also quite beautiful

Probably wouldn’t recommend this if you’re unfit or don’t have a few hours to spare

Swimming with the Cuttlefish I went with PureSA to Whyalla to swim with the cuttlefish via Alligator Gorge and came back via Arid Lands Gardens and Clare. It was a truly wonderful experience. Swimming with the cuttlefish led by Karl a marine biologist is an experience not to be missed The whole trip was so well organised, great accommodation and fabulous food. I saw parts of SA I have never seen before. I would highly recommend this tour

A truly fabulous tour and well worth every cent.

My husband and I regrettably spent far too short a time in Adelaide, however our cycling tour with Matt from Adelaide up to Glenelg was seriously great value, so much fun and so informative. In a short time, we felt that we had good appreciation of the city which guaranteed that we would be returning for a longer visit.

Absolutely don’t hesitate – just book and enjoy a AAA rated experience.

My wife and I recently went on the Vines and Victor Eco tour around the Fleurieu Peninsula. It was a birthday present from her to me, and turned out to be one of the best birthdays ever. Uli is the perfect guide; friendly and so knowledgeable. Everything about the day was fantastic. But the standouts would have to be the boat trip from Victor Harbour out to Seal island and then to Encounter Bay to catch up with the dolphins, and the visit to Gemtree Winery with the tour and tasting. A truly memorable day.
