We begin on land, traversing the heart of the Sunshine Coast, Mooloolaba Beach, and the bustling Esplanade, offering spectacular views over the Pacific Ocean. Then, hold on tight as we splash directly into the water for a relaxing cruise! Spot local wildlife, admire the busy trawlers in the harbour, and marvel at the spectacular mega-mansions lining the canals.

Important Guest Information
- Check-In: Required 20 minutes prior to departure. All tours depart strictly on time.
- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals forfeit their tickets with no refunds provided.
- Prams & Luggage: There is no storage on board or at the departure point. Prams and strollers cannot be left unattended on SEA LIFE premises; please leave them in your car or accommodation.
- Toilets: There are no toilet facilities on board. Please use the facilities before checking in.
- Age Limits: Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Infants (0-1 years) ride free on laps but must be registered on your booking.

* Please note there is no luggage/pram/stroller storage. You cannot take these items on the duck and there is no storage area to leave them behind whilst on tour. Please leave your prams in your car or accommodation. You are not permitted to leave unattended strollers on SEA LIFE premises.
- Check in is at the front of SEA LIFE at the Wharf Mooloolaba.
- Please ensure you arrive 20 minutes prior to departure and check in with the Aquaduck staff.
- The tour will depart on time. Failure to board will result in your ticket being forfeited.
- Abusive and aggressive behaviour will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
- Aquaduck doesn’t have toilets on board – please go before checking in.
- Infants are free but must be included in your booking as we have a capacity head count on board.
- Any person under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
- There is no luggage/pram/stroller storage at departure point or on the duck and items cannot be left at SEA LIFE.
