Our Aerial Nature Adventure begins with a scenic helicopter flight over the Barossa Valley, offering guests a rare view of vineyards, ridgelines and the broader landscape before landing at a designated forest site. 

From there, Beyond Wellness holds the ground-based experience. A facilitator leads the group through a guided place-based walk, mindfulness and quiet pauses designed to help guests slow down and feel the landscape beneath the flight path. 

A chef-prepared gourmet picnic follows in the forest, giving the experience time to settle before guests return to base by private vehicle. 

The result is a distinctive Barossa morning with two perspectives: the scale of the valley from the air, and the steadiness of the forest on foot.
