					Today we had the awesome experience of meeting Anthony, our driver and tour guide for the day with your Hop-on Hop-off option for Pineapple Tours. He knew all the best places, he was flexible, welcoming and friendly. We were very lucky we had the best driver Pineapple Tours had to offer. Anthony was hilarious, and all the other passengers who got on as guests, instantly felt at ease with Anthony's easy-going nature, and left the tour as friends! 					We had such a fantastic day at the mount tambourine winery tour with pineapple tours.

Our pick up was prompt and the driver (Anthony) was so welcoming, knowledgeable and entertaining.

The entry to each venue was so easy and we enjoyed testing many different wines.

We loved the Witches Falls winery and the food at Hamptons was excellent.

Cannot fault the day we had and the people we met.

We want to do it again with friends or family.

					I originally booked a tour through Viator since I wasn't sure what I was doing and booked the wrong tour without knowing, so I had to book a second tour since I was within no-cancellation window. I received a call from Pineapple Tours the day before and they were so helpful with getting this issue resolved when Viator couldn't, so absolutely book directly with them. As for the Tour itself, we did the Tambourine Mountain/Glow Worm Caves tour and had such an amazing time. Our driver Graham was very accommodating of all people on the hop-on hop-off experience, and even gave us a personalized tasting at the distillery up on the mountain. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling in the Gold Coast/Brisbane area.

					2 tours with Pineapple Tours- one group and one private!

Thank you to Michelle and Pineapple tours for an amazing winery tour! We enjoyed our time from start to finish- it was a day full of great vineyards with delicious wines, a brewery and a distillery! As our fearless leader Michelle took the time to point out interesting areas, gave us some history of the area, as well as making sure we were all on schedule (and for our group- it was no easy task!). Thank you for a wonderful day on Tambourine Mountian!



Thank you Anthony and Pineapple tours for a wonderful day full adventure! When Anthony came to pick us up we discussed our hopes for the day and he exceeded all expectations and managed to fit everything in! 					Tour guide/ driver had a strong knowledge of the area. Flexible and accommodating to passenger requests. Stopped at multiple locations throughout Mount Tamborine. We visited the glow worm cave, skywalk, national park, and the botanical garden. The tour concluded with free time in the town strip. Amazing views. Highly recommend.

					I just wanted to say a very big thank you to Minh (apologies if I misspelt the name)! The bus itself is clean and comfy and it was always on time for pickups and drop offs. I did the hop on hop off bus ride to Tamborine mountain, she was pleasant to chat to and accommodating. I was a little nervous as this was my first hop on/off bus ride but it was very easy and such a great experience. Tamborine mountain is absolutely beautiful it’s a must see. I would def consider doing it again next visit to the Gold Coast. Thank you and well done Pineapple Express this was honestly  a great and stress free experience just what I was hoping for

					I had a great day and made some new friends as the bus housed 10 and so travelling alone meant a few of us were not lonely.

Cedar Creek falls and Skyline was beautiful- even in the downpour. Our tour guide had a time slot to return to the Glow worm Caves.

Always book in advance for anything else you may want to do. We went with a hop on hop off tour, so had tickets included for the Glow Worms, but some group members booked with the Skyline Tour and had to sit and wait while rest of group went in, as the venue was sold out. Those on the Winery Tour swapped buses.

Would be better to know  at time of booking that you could add on other sights as part of the excursion to guarantee an entry place. I made a friend who booked the Skyline tour and there were tickets I could purchase separately -well worth seeing.

Totally recommend using Pineapple, especially if travelling alone, as it was a smaller crowd and the drivers were friendly and the mini bus comfortable. They said we could go to wherever we wanted and they’d come back and collect us. In reality, as we didn’t really know anywhere, the tour could include the main sights in a logical order.

I was however, underwhelmed by the glow worms!

Thanks for a lovely day Pineapple- I would suggest a pickup point near a bus station for those who had to travel into the City to take the tour.

We visited 3 wineries, and had lunch at the Cedar Estate which was delicious. Our tour driver Graham was very friendly and a great conversationalist. Highly recommend Pinapple tours, they offer more than just winery tours, they offer a hop on hop off service which sounds fantastic for those who don't have a car and wish to explore Tamberine Mountain.

					Went in the full day winery tour at Mt tamborine. Scottie our driver and host was friendly ,funny, relaxed, tolerant and very obliging. He had some great local knowledge and even dropped me off at home which was appreciated!!! Was very impressed with the wines and the lunch at Hamptons was amazingly delicious thank you Pineapple tours

And during this time we were singled out as too loud, rude, and cut our times short at one of the wineries. And this was all because of one lady who complained when we asked her to move politely so we could get to our table and she scolded us by following with a “get away from me”. 



Once this happened straight after that our tour guide treated us like we were the problem and didn’t even bother to ask us what our story was. 



So all in all long story short very unfair and almost ruined the day. Especially since it was a Birthday.

He mentioned there was an incident at the winery involving a disagreement between you and another guest of the winery. The service is very efficient and very professional. They are true to their advertising the buses are in excellent condition and they run on time!



The wineries are local and authentic



Our drivers (Mikayela and Scotty) elevated the experience with their local knowledge and their genuine friendly nature.   We loved it and would recommend this tour to GC locals and tourists!

The drive was safe and easy and Graham made sure we got to hit everything we wanted to do. It is worth noting that the route/order of stops is formed by multiple tour guides who help get everyone where they want to go once you're up on the mountain, so it's helpful to be flexible and to have an idea what you want to do once you're up there (we thought that the cars would run in a fixed circuit like other hop on hop off tours in big cities where we would plan our trip around the route, but the guides will plan the route around the guests!). Also you might be with other guests depending on who else is interested in your stop (though we got driven around just the two of us, thanks Graham!). The one stop the guides picked was the distillery at the end, where they seemed to have a hook up. Overall, a fun trip and so glad we got to see the mountain with a friendly and knowledgeable host!

He picked us up on time and dropped us at our hotel too. The wineries were rustic and the wines served were quite special. The winery staff were also very accommodating to our requests, and did it with a smile. We were attended by the winemaker/owner at one winery, and the distiller/ owner at the next stop which made the trip even more special. 



Lunch was included and it was very tasty, and the portions were generous too. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

					Our tour guide Michelle was knowledgeable about her work.



She wasn't pushy with her sales pitch but had been so accommodating.



Great selections of wine 🍷 👌 😋



We had tried several types of wine, liqueur,  tawny, and several shots of strong spirits with alcohol 🍸 contents ranging between 40 to 60 per cent.



The food was awesome 👌 👏 👍 with good servings.  The beef cheek was superbly prepared and cooked.



At the end of our  trip, a quick nap was needed. LOL 😆.  Alcohol has kicked in, I guess 😅



BTW, kudos to Michelle for a smooth ride

					Took a tour up to Mt Tamborine today with Pineapple Tours, awesome day out with a very knowledgeable guide. Waterfalls, glow worms, rainforest's, wineries and awesome food. Not once was I felt rushed and nothing was a bother for our guide. Do yourself a favour and travel with these guys, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Pineapple Tour's for a beautiful day.

Michelle, our tour guide, pointed out many points of interest on our way to the mountain to begin our wine tasting experience. We had wine tasting at a traditional vineyard and a boutique winery. The wine pours were nicely done with a variety of wines. Lunch at the St. Bernard Inn was delicious with breath taking views! Michelle took our group to scenic overlooks for photo opportunities. The distillery stop was enjoyed by all. Our last was a fudge store. We enjoyed the samples! Unfortunately we did not see any kangaroos or koalas but did see kookaburras and beautiful St. Bernard dogs! Would definitely suggest this adventure!

					My family really enjoyed the tour. Our driver Bryce was funny and very informative. The Glow worm cave was only a small part of the day. After that we had lunch at the St Bernard Inn where the food was amazing. Wine tasting at witches was lovely and a hike of Curtis falls. We really enjoyed the day on Tambourine mountain and would recommend to anyone.  Thank you for the experience.

					We had an incredible birthday experience on the Mt Tamborine Winery Tour.



Scotty took us on a journey through the mountain visiting stunning locations with a history lesson of each venue. The staff at the wineries were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the tastings were educational and a lot of fun!



Would highly recommend this company if you are wishing to to enjoy wine on the beautiful QLD country side.

					Having trouble to book online with my uk phone number the problem was quickly resolved by a quick phone call to Pineapple Tours.and pick up organise for our hotel on South Bank Brisbane.

Mind was our guide/driver on our Tambourine mountain tour to glow worm cave, sky walk and lunch at St Bernard Hotel. We had a great day out thanks to Mind.

Great view points, lovely little shopping street with arts and crafts items and vineyards to visit.

We had Scotty who was an absolutely amazing host. Before we had even left our hotel room, he had been in touch to say what time he would be arriving and again when he was ten minutes away. 

Right from pick up we had a fabulous day, even though the weather was not what was forecasted, the rain didn’t dampen any of the trip. The wineries, distillery, lunch and Scotty where top class. I would recommend this tour to anyone and look forward to doing it again when we next visit Brisbane.

Went on a full day wine tasting tour in Mount Tamborine. Our guide Scotty was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. There had been storms recently and the power was out in various places so we could only visit 2 of the 3 wineries usually included in the tour, but we were bought a drink at the St Bernard’s hotel instead to make up for this. We also visited a great little global award winning distillery.



Lunch was excellent - choices to accommodate all dietary requirements and really tasty food.



Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a fun day of wine tasting!

This is an absolutely amazing trip- BOOK IT! We were picked up by a private van and given music control for the duration of the drive up the mountain. We visited 3 beautiful wineries with great mountain views, wine, and food. The wine was some of the best we have ever had, and more than got our moneys worth with the tasters.  We stopped for lunch at St. Bernard’s Hotel where we were greeted by peacocks, 3 giant St. Bernard dogs, and amazing food. Then we went shopping on a cute strip before heading home. Scottie was a hilarious and knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend for anyone who likes wine or just wants to spend time in the mountains.

I’ve checked our records and can’t see any bookings cancelled at late notice in the last month. The only reason that we would cancel a booking is if you booked at the last minute and we couldn’t accommodate you. Our cancellation rate with Viator/Tripadvisor in the past 12 months is less than 1%

Due to the lack of information here there is not much more that I can offer as there has been no other communication with our team regarding this matter.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. Please note that we do not operate the Skywalk, we only operate the Hop on Hop off bus that visits Tamborine Mountain and the attractions in the region, I’m sorry that the waterfall wasn’t running at its full potential the recent rain has definitely helped this matter it’s a tough one as we need rain for the waterfalls but the walks are much more enjoyable when it isn’t raining.

Mint was amazing! She made sure we had a great time going to the Glow Worm Caves then brought us to other attractions around Tamborine Mountain. We had a lovely time at the winery attached to the caves and the St. Bernards Hotel. Pineapple Tours was a trip highlight and if we visit Australia again we are sure to use them again. We have already recommended them to family and friends.

					A most enjoyable day out in beautiful surroundngs. Sinya was a polite, careful driver & our tour guide Scotty was very informative & helpful. Loved the wineries we went to, especially Witches Falls which was very laid back & Tamborine Mountain Distillery which had a huge range of liqueurs & vodkas. Loved the company on the bus & lunch was delicious. Fabulous day coming highly recommended from all 3 of us that attended!

					Had the best day touring Tambourine mountains … wine and distillery

Our driver / guide Dario was amazing … don’t think I’ve ever had such a nicer driver in any tour. He was seriously super nice. Nothing was too much trouble. Just an all-round nice guy and he was perfect for this job because I know he has a lot of other jobs! Thanks

Pick up from hotel was prompt . Sinya was our driver. Ours was a small group and she tailored the tour to our needs and smiled through our last minute changes on what to see in Mt Tamborine. The tour bus was very clean and comfortable. I would use pineapple again and recommend to friends and family.

The wineries were lovely and we were offered a great selection to taste, which ended up with us buying at both.  The distillery had so many choices, we were blown away  but managed to make a choice to take home.  The fudge store wasn't proper fudge - more like chewy lolly - but it also sold 'proper' fudge (Scottish tablet) which we secured for our ride home. Michelle, our tour guide, was fabulous; personality plus with a wealth of knowledge. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. It's a great day out where you don't have to do much thinking aside from what you're going to buy, and which cake to have for dessert.  Tough day!  Definitely recommend going on this tour if you can.

					We really enjoyed our trip to Tamborine Mountains with Pineapple Tours. We were picked up at our hotel and our tour guide, Mint, was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We went to see the amazing glow worms, did the Sky Walk, walked to Curtis waterfall, walked the Gallery and we made two stops for beautiful scenic view photos. It was nice to get out of the city and Mint would ask us where we wanted to go. Other passenger went to a winery, but we preferred nature. Thank you, Mint and Pineapple Tours for a very nice tour. 					The Tambourine Mountain winery tour was a great day out for my husband and I. The two drivers who shared the days touring were entertaining, experienced and very safe drivers. The venues we visited were well chosen and provided lovely tastings including wines, liqueurs and fudges. So if you enjoy these sort of treats then book a tour as soon as you can.

					We had such a perfect experience with Pineapple Tours!

Starting with the comfort of getting picked up at your front door then off for lunch at Farm and co, followed by drinks at Husk distillery to then finish with a breathtaking sunset at Tropical Fruit World. Our little one managed to fell asleep on the way home.

Our guide Pete was sharing stories on every place we visited which made our experience complete, thanks Pete!

					Highly recommended! I did the half day scenic glow worm tour today. I was the only one doing the half day. All others continued on winery tours. Any other company would have cancelled due to being just one person. But Mint (the owner) took time away from the office to pick me up and host the end of my tour. It was a great tour! Michelle was a legend and Mint was super nice and a great host. Defs 5 stars!!!

					I’m not a big wine drinker but after doing this tour, that has all changed. The variety of wines that I tasted were out of this world! I guarantee you will enjoy it. The best part of the tour was our tour guide Michelle. She was soooo amazing!! It felt like we were on a tour with a longtime friend. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and such a darling.  Plus she takes really awesome group photos!! We love you Michelle!! Again, You have to do this tour! Next time we’re in the coast, we will definitely do it again. See you soon!!

					It is definitely an enjoyable experience with Pineapple Tours on the Full Day Mount Tamborine Winery Tour.



You will able to try different type of wines from 4 Winery around the area. Not to forget we had a 2 course gourmet lunch by an award winning chef at a winery. It's a very good session with a small, intimate group of 7 and we had great time together chit chat with the wine and nice scenery even we do not know each other from the first place.



Highly recommended if you like to meet new people and love wine and nice scenery. A tour you cannot miss when you are in Brisbane/Gold Coast!

					From getting pickup up outside hotel to getting dropped off at the end of the day to all the fun had in between.  No worries being a solo traveler.  Loved the tour,  host was great,  met people from all over the world and had ample tastings of great wine and beautiful gourmet lunch at vineyard.  Recommend Pineapple Tours to everyone. 					Thank you Michelle and Boris for an absolutely hilarious day.  From the minute we got on the bus we knew we were in for a treat, and it just got better and better as the day went along.  The food and wine were delicious and the company and hosts were even better.  Our bus group became such good friends that we ended up partying the night away together on the Gold Coast afterwards.
