Booking Terms & Conditions About Us Coonawarra Experiences is a licensed and accredited tourism operator delivering tours across regional South Australia. Due to the nature of touring in this environment, itineraries, transport, and experiences may be amended where necessary due to weather or operational circumstances, and, where possible, a comparable alternative will be provided. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if conditions render the tour unsafe or unviable. In cases such as this, all monies paid will be refunded in full. Bookings & Payments A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking. All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Credit card payments incur a 2.2% surcharge. A binding contract is formed once payment has been received and a booking confirmation issued. We reserve the right to amend itineraries, vehicles or accommodation where necessary. Comparable alternatives will be provided wherever possible. If we cancel a tour due to unsafe conditions, a full refund will be provided. Guest Cancellations Group Day Tours 15+ days: No fee 7–14 days: 25% forfeited 3–6 days: 50% forfeited 2 days or less: 100% forfeited Private Tours & Packages 31+ days: No fee 16–30 days: 25% forfeited 8–15 days: 50% forfeited 7 days or less: 100% forfeited Tours and itineraries are subject to change Pick-up and drop-off times may vary slightly and will be confirmed in advance, typically at the time of booking All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds apply for unused services. Force majeure claims must be made through travel insurance. Where possible, alternative arrangements may be offered Traveller Responsibilities By booking, you confirm you are medically and physically fit to participate and accept the inherent risks associated with touring. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and must bring suitable clothing and footwear. International travellers must hold comprehensive travel insurance covering: Cancellation or curtailment Medical expenses, evacuation and repatriation Loss or damage to personal effects Accidental death or disability Fitness & Mobility No specific fitness requirements apply to these tours Our vehicles are not equipped to cater for mobility-impaired guests Language All tours are conducted in English Translators may be arranged upon request and may incur additional costs Privacy Policy Personal Information Personal information (including name, address, email, and phone number) is collected solely for booking and operational purposes. Secure Payments Payments are processed via a secure third-party system. Coonawarra Experiences does not store credit card or bank account details. Image & Media Use Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Please notify us before departure if you do not wish your image used. Alcohol Policy Alcohol consumption is not permitted in any Coonawarra Experiences tour vehicles Exceptional Circumstances If you are unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us promptly. At our discretion, alternative arrangements may be considered. No-Show Policy Failure to attend without notice will result in 100% forfeiture, except in exceptional circumstances. Third-Party Services Where external operators are included, their individual cancellation policies apply. These may include: Cancellation fees up to 48 hours prior No refund within 48 hours Minimum Numbers All tours require a minimum of 2 guests. Vehicle capacities: Toyota LandCruiser VX 4WD: up to 4 guests Ford Transit Bus: up to 10 guests Liability Guests participate at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coonawarra Experiences’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour. All bookings are governed by the laws of South Australia.
