Tour Outline
1. Meet & Greet at Lobethal Bakery (Woodside)
– Kick things off with a coffee, soft drink, or treat of your choice.
– We’ll run through the evening’s itinerary and get to know one another in a relaxed setting.
2. **Journey into the Reserve**
– Hop aboard our luxury Staria for a comfortable drive to the private property.
– Capture a stunning sunset among sculptures, trees, and rock formations—perfect foregrounds for your astrophotography later in the night.
3. Grazing Platter & Night Sky Session
– Enjoy a casual meal under the glow of twilight on a hilltop vantage point.
– As darkness deepens, our expert guides will walk you through capturing the Milky Way
and star-filled skies above this extraordinary landscape.

– Camera or device & Tripod (wide-angle lens between 10–35mm recommended)
– If you’re missing gear, let us know—we might be able to source it for you!
Cancellation & Weather
– Non-Refundable: Your booking secures this exclusive spot.
– Date Changes: Allowed with at least 7 days’ notice.
– Transfers: You may transfer your booking to someone else any time before the workshop (please email john@adventureart.com.au).
– Weather: If weather forces cancellation, e.g., full cloud or rain. We’ll offer an alternate date.
