Your Custom Hunter Valley Itinerary
We believe your day should be exactly how you want it. While we are delighted to share our local recommendations, you have complete freedom to design your own perfect 7-hour itinerary. Simply book and pay for your preferred tastings and dining, and we will take care of the driving.
Popular Itinerary Options:
- Option A: Customise your day with 4 of your favourite local wineries.
- Option B: Mix it up with 3 wineries plus your choice of a local brewery, distillery, cheese tasting, or chocolate experience. 🍫
Tour Details & Inclusions
- Duration: 7 hours of pure enjoyment (typically 10:00 am to 5:00 pm).
- Complimentary Travel: Your pick-up and drop-off times are completely external to your 7-hour tour, meaning you get a full 7 hours of tasting time at no extra charge! 🚗
- Intimate Groups: Travel in style and comfort with a maximum of 7 passengers.
- Luxury Transport: Includes a private luxury vehicle and a professional local driver. (Please note: tasting fees and food costs are not included).

Convenient Transfers & Pricing
Enjoy FREE pick up & drop off from Cessnock, Nulkaba, Pokolbin, and Lovedale areas. Additional fees apply for pick-ups outside these zones.
Newcastle, Port Stephens & Central Coast: To arrange transfers from these areas, simply add the Return Transport Charge for your respective area from the Optional Extras when booking online.
Sydney Transfers: Please note we do not offer same-day return trips to Sydney. If you require Sydney transfers, your pick-up date must be different to your drop-off date. Simply select the Return Transport Charge from Sydney to Hunter Valley in the Optional Extras when booking.

Useful Timing Considerations:
On average each wine tasting takes 1 hour.
Lunch bookings 2-2.5 hours.
30-40 minutes each for chocolate & cheese tastings
30-40 minutes each for brewery & distillery tastings.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- When booking, if you chose to pay booking deposit payment of 50% only. Then the balance 50% payment will be due 72 hours before the actual tour commences. All booking must be paid in full for the tour to commence.
- Additional charge of $2.5 per km applies for any pick ups and drop offs outside "Free Pick Up Zone"
Free pick up zone – Cessnock, Nulkaba, Pokolbin and Lovedale areas. - No open alcoholic beverages allowed in the car.
- If the car gets dirty due to any spills or unfortunate event of sickness. Cleaning fees of $260 will apply, which will be charged at the event.
- All bookings must be paid in full for the tour or transfer to commence.
- Your tour timing starts at your first tasting destination/venue. The tour timing ends after you finish your last tasting. For Instance, if you have booked a full day tour from 10am till 5pm then you can book your first tasting at 10am and your last tasting to be finished by 5pm. Your pickup & drop off back times from accommodation are outside/external of your itinerary tasting hours. We usually allow 15 to 30 minutes for the pickup & drop off times depending on your accommodation location. Extra charge applies only for pick ups & drop off outside free pick up & drop off zones.
- Booked/confirmed itinerary must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the booked tour timing for the DYO Tour to commence.
- Once booked this price cannot be changed case of any changes to the original booking. For instance post booking changes to number of passengers, changes to pick up and drop off locations.
- For all DYO Tours, it is the responsibility of the customer to stick to the itinerary schedule/timings and allow for travel time between venues.
- Please check with the driver if you are running over the booked times on the day. We do have consecutive bookings, other commitments and need to stick close to booked timings. If possible, any additional time to the total booked hours will be charged @$50 per 30 minutes. This can be paid in cash to the driver on the day or can be transferred into our bank details on the website.
