Your Tailored Tasting Itinerary
Enjoy a full 7-hour experience (typically 10:00 am to 5:00 pm) designed around your group’s tastes. Choose from our popular pre-designed options:
- Option A: 3 Wineries + Lunch + (1 Brewery or Distillery, Cheese or Chocolate Tasting). Please confirm your choice of “Brewery or Distillery, Cheese or Chocolate” in the special requirements box when booking.
- Option B: 4 Wineries + Lunch + Cheese or Chocolate Tasting. Please confirm your choice of “Cheese or Chocolate” in the special requirements box when booking.
We are delighted to assist with personalised recommendations and book all tastings on your behalf, or we can secure bookings at your own preferred venues. 🥂
What is Included

Lunch & Dining Options
A lunch stop of 1.5 to 2 hours is required to keep you refreshed. While lunch and drinks are paid directly to the venue, we will gladly organise the reservation for you. Choose from local favourites such as: 🍽️

Important Tour Details
- Mandatory Requirements: Minimum group of 4 guests, with 24 to 48 hours notice required.
- Extended Transfers: Return transport from Newcastle, Port Stephens, and the Central Coast can be easily added as an optional extra during checkout.
- Sydney Transfers: We do not offer same-day return trips to Sydney. If you require Sydney transfers, your pick-up date must be different to your drop-off date. Simply add the Return Transport Charge from Sydney to Hunter Valley from the Optional Extras when booking.
- Availability: If your preferred date is showing as unavailable, please get in touch to see if we can accommodate your group.
- Surcharges: A public holiday surcharge applies on official public holidays.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions
- When booking, if you chose to pay booking deposit payment of 50% only. Then the balance 50% payment will be due 72 hours before the actual tour commences. All booking must be paid in full for the tour to commence.
- Additional charge of $2.5 per km applies for any pick ups and drop offs outside “Free Pick Up Zone” Free pick up zone – Cessnock, Nulkaba, Pokolbin and Lovedale areas.
- No open alcoholic beverages allowed in the car.
- If the car gets dirty due to any spills or unfortunate event of sickness. Cleaning fees of $260 will apply, which will be charged at the event.
- All bookings must be paid in full for the tour or transfer to commence.
- Your tour timing starts at your first tasting destination/venue. The tour timing ends after you finish your last tasting. For Instance, if you have booked a full day tour from 10am till 5pm then we will book your first tasting at 10am and your last tasting will be finished by 5pm. Your pickup & drop off back times from accommodation are outside/external of your itinerary tasting hours. We usually allow 15 to 30 minutes for the pickup & drop off times depending on your accommodation location. Extra charge applies only for pick ups & drop off outside free pick up & drop off zones.
- Once booked this price cannot be changed case of any changes to the original booking. For instance post booking changes to number of passengers, changes to pick up and drop off locations.
- Please check with the driver if you are running over the booked times on the day. We do have consecutive bookings, other commitments and need to stick close to booked timings. If possible, any additional time to the total booked hours will be charged @$50 per 30 minutes. This can be paid in cash to the driver on the day or can be transferred into our bank details on the website.
