Group tastings of between 9- 16 people can be booked between 10am – 12pm 6 days a week (excl. Wed) with a duration of approximately 45 minutes.
Hosted group tastings at our Cellar Door are available Thursday – Tuesday (excl. Wed) between 10am – 12pm. Group tastings run for approximately 50 minutes (pending group size).


Please note, for group bookings larger than 10 guests, bookings must be paid in full before the day of your visit. The $10pp tasting fee is non-refundable for group bookings and can only be booked between 10am – 12pm from Thursday – Tuesday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your credit card will not be charged for your tasting until your booking has been confirmed. We will get back to with confirmation details as quickly as possible. SHOTTESBROOKE TASTING ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS This agreement is between Shottesbrooke Vineyards Pty Ltd (ABN 95 164 611 616 / PRODUCER’S LICENCE 508 016 68) and the persons placing an order for either goods and/or services provided by us. Acceptance These terms and conditions are accepted by you upon payment for either products or services provided by us. If you do not agree with, or are not willing to comply with these terms and conditions, please do not purchase our products or engage our services. Responsible Service of Alcohol According to Australian law, Shottesbrooke Vineyards does not sell alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age and operates within the Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. By placing an order for goods, or engaging in services provided or performed by us, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. Shottesbrooke Vineyards makes every attempt to ensure alcoholic beverages are not delivered or served to anyone who is under 18 years of age. Shottesbrooke Vineyards promotes the use of its products in a responsible way. We encourage responsible use and enjoyment of alcohol and trust that you are responsible for monitoring and understanding your own consumption. For more information on safe consumption of alcohol, you can visit: https://www.health.gov.au/health-topics/alcohol Liability Shottesbrooke Vineyards is not obligated to accept your request for any goods or services until such time as payment has been received by us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and Shottesbrooke Vineyards unless, and until, we accept your order. Until such time, we may decline to supply any products and/or services to you for any reason. Our total liability to you for undelivered goods and/or services after acceptance is limited to the original purchase price, including any shipping costs. Products and services offered for sale are subject to availability. If a product or service is unavailable for any reason, Shottesbrooke Vineyards may offer the customer an alternative product or service time. If the offered alternative is not accepted and payment has been made, Shottesbrooke Vineyards will offer a refund for all costs incurred, limited to the original purchase price. Shottesbrooke Vineyards will make every attempt to ensure your ordered products and/or booked services are delivered to you in a timely and sound manner, however will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may delay your ordered products or booked services – including, but not limited to : war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any current or future law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or other poor weather conditions, Act of God, failure of telecommunications providers in connection with the performance of this agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Shottesbrooke Vineyards disclaims all liability that may arise in connection with any loss or damage in connection with any use of, or inability to use, our website, or any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using our website. Onsite Visits Shottesbrooke Vineyards holds up to date public liability insurance for all activities that may occur onsite at our winery, property and tasting room facilities. However, all activities are undertaken on the understanding that each individual person is responsible for their own wellbeing and safety. We hold no liability if you choose to drive a vehicle after your visit to Shottesbrooke Vineyards. Fire Ratings & Guidelines Shottesbrooke Vineyards is located within the Mount Lofty Ranges District. Although dates vary, generally Fire Danger Season is declared between the months of November and April. Daily Fire Ratings will be issued during this period. Any visitors to Shottesbrooke Vineyards must at all times follow the direction of Tasting Room staff with regards to use of the BBQ and/or Fireplace facilities located within the Picker’s Hut area. These facilities must not be used on Total Fire Ban days. In case of evacuation, directions must be followed by Tasting Room staff. Evacuation maps are located within our Tasting Room and Picker’s Hut and should be kept front-of-mind on Severe / Extreme / Catastrophic Danger days.   Clothing & Attire Requirements Our tours and experiences may comprise, in full or in part, walking through our working winery space. As per our OHW&S policy, guests that choose to undertake any of our winery tour experiences are required to wear enclosed, flat soled footwear. Should a guest arrive wearing inappropriate footwear, they may be unable to undertake and/or complete part, or all, of the tour or experience they have booked. Shottesbrooke Vineyards will not be held liable, nor any refunds offered, for any service that is unable to be undertaken due to a guest wearing unsuitable footwear. Also, as our winery tours and experiences may comprise an outdoors component, it is also strongly advised that appropriate sun protection is worn. Sun protection remains the full responsibility of individual guests. Hens & Bucks Groups Shottesbrooke Vineyards does not take bookings for Hens or Bucks parties or 18th and 21st Birthday groups. Shottesbrooke Vineyards reserves the right to refuse service to guests that have not disclosed this information at time of booking. Licensed Buses & Vehicles Vehicles that are licensed to allow alcohol on board during travel will not be accepted. Shottesbrooke Vineyards reserves the right to refuse service to guests that arrive in such vehicles, or who have not disclosed this information at time of booking. BYO Alcohol Shottesbrooke Vineyards operates under a Producer’s Licence (576 008 43) and as such is not able to allow BYO alcohol of any description to be brought onto, or consumed on, its premises. Only wines purchased from the Shottesbrooke Tasting Room are able to be consumed onsite. Shottesbrooke Vineyards reserves the right to refuse the use of its facilities, including but not limited to The Picker’s Hut, to guests that have arrived with other alcoholic beverages. Guests that are found to have consumed their own alcohol on our premises will be asked to leave immediately and Shottesbrooke Vineyards will not be held liable, nor any refunds offered, for any session that is cancelled or cut short due to these actions. Cancellation Policy – Bookable Experiences All sessions must be ordered directly via our website, or via our Tasting Room (either over the phone or in person) and must be paid in full at time of booking. Cancellation for any purchased session up to 48 hours prior to commencement will attract a full refund, minus any booking fees incurred. Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to commencement will not be refunded. Cancellations needing to be made by either the business or the customer, relating to catastrophic weather conditions or the Covid-19 Pandemic, will incur a 100% refund. Other Information Shottesbrooke Vineyards makes every effort to ensure that all information published is correct and error-free. Information provided may change, be removed or amended at any time without notice. The publishing of prices and other terms of sale shall not constitute a binding agreement and Shottesbrooke Vineyards is not obliged to sell wines or products on such terms. Use of the products and/or services provided by Shottesbrooke Vineyards is at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with damages that may arise due to actions taken prior to an order being accepted by Shottesbrooke Vineyards. Risks & Warnings Visitors to our site should be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings: Alcohol should be consumed in moderation and never in conjunction with operating a motor vehicle or machinery. Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy due to the risk of birth defects. Alcohol consumption may cause health problems. A case of wine is heavy and extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned, please speak with Tasting Room staff who would be happy to assist you. Sparkling wine can be volatile due to build up of gasses. Red wine can cause staining if spilt, so please take care when opening. Shottesbrooke Vineyards takes no responsibility for damage caused due to wine being spilt on clothing. Shottesbrooke has specific vine-health rules and clear signage in place to ensure our vines are protected from transmitting inter-state or international diseases/pests. We do not allow guests to walk through our vineyards or enter the vineyards without consent from Shottesbrooke staff. Guided tours are in place to allow guests to get up close to vineyards without walking through them. This is the safest way to see vineyards not only at Shottesbrooke, but in all wine regions across the world.
