My partner and I had a wonderful experience here with the wine and chocolate pairing. The combinations were so lovely, and it was a fun experience altogether. A special thank you to Jamie, who hosted us. She was so friendly, warm, and welcoming, and truly added to the whole experience. We felt right at home from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this winery to friends and can’t wait to visit again. Thanks again!

We arrived at 10am right as they were opening, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the winemaking process and took the time to explain the differences between similar wines. Our server was friendly and created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor area was incredible — unfortunately, it was already very hot (35° by 10:30), otherwise we would have loved to sit outside.
If you’re touring the Barossa Valley, I highly recommend a visit — you won’t be disappointed! 🍷

WOW!
We had such a wonderful experience today. We were on the Trail Hopper hop on hop off bus tour. We booked the chocolate and wine tasting at Grant Burge, thinking the Trail Hopper bus was going to stop there BUT we were mistaken. The bus stops at Corryton Burge (a completely different winery!). We managed to get a lift across to Grant Burge. We were so warmly welcomed and had the most wonderful wines paired with delicious chocolates. I believe the wines were the best we had all day - a real step above others (oooh the Grenache mmmmm) .
Jamie took such incredible care of us and when she heard our tale she immediately insisted on driving us to our next winery in time for our lunch and then to resume our Trail Hopper tour. Our car trip was full of laughter and lively conversation. Jamie saved the day for us; what a wonderful person. Jamie’s excellent service, kindness and effort above and beyond for us will always be appreciated and never be forgotten.

We had a positive experience from the moment we walked in and were so warmly welcomed by that staff of the cellar door tasting. Jodie was a standout with her engaging explanation and in-depth knowledge of the outstanding range of wines. We did the Grant Burge and the St Hugo tasting experience. The wines were excellent, but the service was even better.

The wines at Grant Burge have been the best I've tried through Clare, McLaren and now here in the Barossa.
Harriet and Jodie looked after us super well.
I focused on the reds tasting and there was not one wine I didn't like. That made it hard to choose which to buy.
Thank you again, the tasting was very special.

We had our second visit to Grant Burge over the weekend. Our first was a wine and chocolate tasting and this time we had a sparkling wines and platter experience (a Christmas gift). Both were amazing with our host on both occasions being friendly, and very knowledgeable making it a total experience with some amazing views overlooking the vines. The platter was fabulous with some great wines of which we purchased some to take away. Woukd definately recommend this winery for professionalism and location.

Was here towards the end of the day in late September.. 25 mins to spare, but they were so kind to host us.. and we ended up tasting some of their whites and reds. I personally know their reds. And some very good stuff.
In the end we got a bottle of their cellar only Red shiraz; The Natural 2017.. yummy
Best part was to drink seep some wine whilst watching the sunset. GB cellar rests on the hill slopes and the view was gorgeous!
A delightful and modern cellar door with ample parking. Well worth a visit ..

Grant Burge is a winery about an hour's drive from Adelaide city.
Business hours

I like the atmosphere and leisure here very much
I also really like their friendly explanation of each wine and white wine.
The wine prices here are very reasonable
And the store also has cheese and chocolate
Other food can be ordered to go with the wine
If you are not sure what your favorite wine looks like, you can also make an appointment with Structured Tastings
They have a number of tasting experiences available for you.
If you travel to Adelaide
You should come and visit this winery

Went for a drive through the Barossa recently and decided to check out the Grant Burge Cellar Door.
The grounds surrounding the building are beautiful and inviting. It’s a really nice place to be.
We didn’t have a booking but we arrived just after lunch time so maybe we got lucky as we were seated in a prime position with one of the best views the Barossa offers!
We decided to do a tasting and I’m glad we did! Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the girl that was serving us but she was amazing! She was super knowledgeable about the region and all the wines and she was so easy to get along with. This was best experience my partner and I have had at any winery.
Ended up walking away with a few bottles of beautiful wine and some great memories.
Looking forward to returning!

Grant Burge cellar door was open on the Adelaide cup public holiday -- one of the few. So we visited not knowing extractly what we could expect other than tastings. We were greeted by the lovely Harry and she was super personable and attentive. She had a few tables to look after, but she spared the time to talk is through our wines and shared her personal experiences. We decided to start off with the chocolate pairing and it was an enjoyable experience ($25). We had such a good time we decided to them move on to the deluxe grazing platter with the Shiraz tasting. We highly recommend both and thank Harry for making our day :)

We purchased a wine and chocolate experience and loved it! The selections and pairings were lovely and the view was amazing! The female staff were lovely too and assisted without hovering or pestering. Unfortunately the attempts at humour by the male staff member left a bad taste in your mouth. But the overall experience outweighed these awkward few moments. I’d definitely return to share this with interstate visitors.
