- All participants agree to follow guided instructions. Failure to comply will result in removal and ceasing of experience.
- Participation is at own risk as all animals can bite and scratch.
- Children (4-17) must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Koalas are not held by members of the public.
- For the koala’s welfare, sessions are kept to 30 minute duration.
- Koala Encounters are strictly limited in line with government regulations to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
