My favourite is the mappinga Shiraz, very balanced peppery with depth in it
Very warm and welcoming service from Serina, hope I didn’t misspell her name
Couldn't fault a thing with the way Izzy greeted, hosted and educated us throughout the day.
We were given a service that was catered to us :)
Would rate/ 10.
The tastings are usually charged but if you spend over $30 per person in the store it's free.
Big recommendations from us were the sparkling Shiraz and the surprise entrants of the apple and pear ciders.
The pours were subsequently minuscule, only 4 were shared which seemed like a rip off for a paid tasting, and we learned little about the wine. There was a definite hostile atmosphere which made our whole group awkward and put a dampener on what had been a fantastic day (Cobb’s Hill and Petaluma were phenomenal).
We couldn’t get out of there fast enough, and we won’t be going back any time soon! What a shame as it’s beautiful wine and a gorgeous cellar door, if a little over-run by young insta-obsessed kids!
