Cancellation and Rescheduling: We require a minimum of four to eight full business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking, depending on the number of passengers.
Additional Fees: Please note that the ticketing platform booking fees and credit card fees are passed on to the purchaser. This includes a 1.9% ticketing platform booking and an additional 1.9% credit card processing fee.
Bank Transfer Option: To avoid the 1.9% credit card fee, we recommend using the bank transfer option available at checkout. Please ensure the transfer is cleared before your scheduled flight.
Promo Codes: Promo codes exclude breakfast flights, can be used for ticket bookings only, are valid for 12 months, not applicable to gift cards, non-refundable, and subject to our standard terms and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Conditions
If you need to cancel or change your flight date, Balloon Flights Over Melbourne requires a minimum of three (3) full business days’ notice to refill your places on that date. For groups of four or more passengers, we require a minimum of five (5) full business days’ notice. A business day does not include a weekend or public holiday.
If we cancel a flight due to unsuitable weather or unforeseen reasons, you can re-book your flight for another day or receive a full refund.
Tickets are valid for use 12 months from their date of purchase. Refunds will only be offered within the first six months of the validity period, less a $25pp booking fee.
Gift Vouchers and Discounted tickets, including seasonal specials, are 100% non-refundable.
