Cancellation and Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of four to eight full business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking, depending on the number of passengers.
- Where refunds are permitted, a $25.00 per person administration fee will be retained from each ticket. Ticketing platform booking fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Additional Fees
Please note that all ticketing platform booking fees and credit card fees are passed on to the purchaser. This includes a non-refundable 1.9% ticketing platform booking fee plus an additional 1.9% credit card processing fee. These are non-refundable.
Bank Transfer Option
To avoid the 1.9% credit card fee, we recommend using the bank transfer option available at checkout. Please ensure the transfer is cleared before your scheduled flight.

Promo codes exclude breakfast flights, can be used for ticket bookings only, are valid for 12 months, not applicable to gift cards, non-refundable, and subject to our standard terms and conditions.

- If you need to use the bathroom please do so while waiting for departure, as there are no bathroom facilities available at our launch site, and departure time is strictly adhered to.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Conditions
If you need to cancel or change your flight date, Balloon Flights Over Melbourne requires a minimum of three (3) full business days’ notice to refill your places on that date. For groups of four or more passengers, we require a minimum of five (5) full business days’ notice. A business day does not include a weekend or public holiday.
If we cancel a flight due to unsuitable weather or unforeseen reasons, you can re-book your flight for another day or receive a full refund.
Tickets are valid for use 12 months from their date of purchase. Refunds will only be offered within the first six months of the validity period, less a $25pp booking fee.
Gift Vouchers and Discounted tickets, including seasonal specials, are 100% non-refundable.
