Fabulous hinterland tour. Would have liked a bit more time in Montville to explore more shops. Could have done without the chocolate shop in Maleny to allow more shop wandering time. Fabulous art galleries in the towns and magnificent lunch at Secrets on the lake. Fabulous day. Would do it again !!

We did the Scenic Culinary tour with Jan through Coast to Hinterland tours and it was an absolutely awesome day. Jan was so helpful and went out of her way to make our day amazing. She had so much local knowledge and we learnt a lot 😊 the food was so delicious

We had a great balance of guided tour and free time to explore. We enjoyed the cheese tasting at Maleny and free chocolate to take home 😊 The ‘secret’ lunch was just Devine!! Peter took us to great viewing platforms. Highly recommend for a day out exploring.

Wonderful experience Dave, our driver and guide, was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The bus was comfortable and Dave was more than happy to stop along the way if anyone had a special interest in a particular area. Our lunch at Secrets By The Lake was superb. The cheese and chocolate tastings were delicious also. I would recommend it to anyone, whether in a group or by yourself.

Trip to the superb Eumundi Market. Our driver,Dave, was an excellent cheerful, friendly and informative driver. The service and the experience generally were first rate.

An easy dayout We wanted to go to the Eumundi Markets, and I decided against a hire car suggesting it might be easier on a small bus tour.
We booked this tour with no expectation or knowledge. We were collected from our accommodation bang on time and, as there were only eight of us, were at the markets nice and early our driver was fabulous. The drive was terrific. We were given three hours and then come back but no one was rushed.
I would highly recommend this tour. It is well priced ,on time ,clean and efficient and extremely friendly thank you Ron

Dave was lovely! Very friendly and helpful, and down for a chat. Van was very clean and neat. Dave offered to show some of the guests where a place to book boat tours were after he dropped the rest of us off. Also offered to drop us off closer to our hotels/resorts on the way home as there is less of a time constraint. Would highly recommend.
Only note, they need to fix where it says to be picked up. There is NO pick up point at the Coco, first pick up point is the Mantra. We confirmed the pick up point the day prior to our tour.

What a wonderful day - from pick up to drop off! Met by Dave who was friendly, chatty, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we were all comfortable and happy and took us to many interesting places around the Hinterland. Timing was perfect for pick up and drop off, food was delicious, chocolates and wine and 2 course lunch included in the culinary package. Highly recommended; will tell our friends and family.

Wow what a day!!! We had a wonderful day today celebrating our 18 year wedding anniversary by doing the Sunshine Coast Hinterland Scenic Culinary Experience! Our tour guide Lucas was so awesome - he was fabulous from start to finish. We had such a lovely relaxing day celebrating with yummy cheese tastings, chocolate tastings, wine tastings, a divine 2 course lunch @ Secrets on the Lake too.
There was also plenty of time to explore the beautiful scenery/lookouts and time to wander the fabulous little boutique shops and just breathe in the fresh air!
Would highly recommend this day tour!

Only small thought is if they dont produce their own cheese maybe pick another form of produce or do the co-op dairy tour. We did the Scenic Food and Wine tour today with our guide Jan and a wonderful family from Norway. What a day! Jan was amazing, fun, and knowledgeable. Do this tour everyone if you have a day free. The wine, chocolate, and cheese tasting were great. the meal and hospitality at Secrets on the Lake were perfect, and Jan made sure we had time to tour the townships, spend time viewing beautiful scenery and we had the chance encounter paragliding launch. Totally Worth It Beautiful day, exploring the hinterlands, lovely intimate tour. Dave was full of wisdom & local knowledge and his attention to guests comfort was outstanding. Good food, wine and stunning views.

A few hours at the Eumundi Markets A friendly and patient driver collected me from my accommodation. Coach was comfortable and airconditioned. The markets had a large variety of stores from local produce to crafts, clothing and jewellery. It was an easy walk around the two main sections adjoining the main street. Also a selection of food and drink providers.

Top notch One of the best days even for adults. Took my adult daughter for the day. Food was good ,lots to do and see,train rides,boat ride,shops. Went on a week day and wasn’t too crowded, lovely walk around gardens and umbrella art. Lots of shade, gift shop is awesome.
We did the whole package with bee talk and factory tour
Gail is a bee keeper and very knowledgeable and such a delight to talk to. The factory tour was informative and the guide was also easy to listen too. Parking was out on the street even tho we were early the car park was full.great day

A Great Day Out Pick up was bang on time. Driver was super friendly & pointed out places of interest along the way. The journey took less than 90 minutes. We exhausted ourselves & our wallets shopping at the markets for 3 hours (the time flew by), before the drive back. Definitely recommend.

Kudos to Coast to Hinterland Tours, we had an early staff Christmas Party yesterday, what an absolute awesome day we all had.

They personally picked us up from Mooloolaba with our tour
starting with a trip up to Mary Cairncross Rainforest reserve where we had a light morning tea with Bubbles of course 🥂

Then to Maleny Chocolate Factory where we could choose a take home gift 🎁 what a suprise. 🤗😋

Next stop was to King Ludwigs Restaurant, Bier & Wein Bar in Maleny for the most informative and entertaining wine / beer tasting ever 🍷🍺.Bravo 🙌🙌🙌

Gerrads lookout was next on our agenda and the views back to the Coast didn't disappoint .

Lunch was at Secrets on the Lake at Montville, such an awesome space so tranquil.

Oh my what a treat , such a beautiful lunch and dessert 😋 🥂🍺🍹we were each given a red rose on departure by the Matre d'

Our next destination The Flamehill winery where we sampled some lovely wines while looking over beautiful views 🍾🥃🥂

Last but certainly not least we ended our tour at Sunshine and Sons Distillery @ Woombye for Vodka, Gin and Rum tasting, owner Micheal and his lovely assistant Ash took us through a myriad of sensational tastes each one quite unique.

Our Tour guides Owner Mark aka 'Pine nuts' and his assistant Mark made our day delightful in every way nothing was too much trouble, their service was exemplary.

The Hinterland tour was fabulous from start to finish..picked up at my location with a friendly and accommodating guide taking his time not rushing anything or anyone..he was very helpful and knowledgeable and fun. We went to some amazing locations of beautiful scenery, tasted cheeses, chocolates, wine and had great food at lunch overlooking a beautiful lake. I highly recommend this tour. Sue

Great adventure to the Ginger Factory. Great day out. Jeff our driver and guide picked us up from our hotel in his lovely clean and shiny coach. We then picked up other passengers and made our way to the Eumundi Markets. Jeff gave us lots of interesting information on the drive concerning places we passed and local history of the area. We dropped off the passengers for the market and continued on our way to the Ginger Factory. Jeff helped us purchase tickets for the tasting and tour. It was so interesting and fun later at the tasting test area. We then explored the wonderful soundings of the factory and then visited the nut and chocolate factory. Jeff was waiting for us and we travelled back to Eumundi markets where we spent an hour before picking up the other passengers for the trip back to Mooloolaba. The whole day was delightful with so much information and things to see and do. A great day. Thank you Jeff.

Great trip, terrific lookouts, lunch on the lake excellent, cheese tasting did not leave a lot of room for lunch. Wine tasting good selection & beer choices available when possible. Dave the driver top notch, informative & great company.

Where do I begin. Jan picked us up from our hotel and I knew from the moment we met her we were in for a GREAT day. We felt so welcome and safe with her gentle reminder "seat belts on please". Our trip 'the scenic wine and food tour' was more than we could have expected. Jans cultural knowledge was exceptional..the places we stopped for photos and walking through the rainforest area were just wonderful. The food & wine tour was 5 star...beautiful venues to experience tastings of chocolate, cheeses, wine and then a magnificent 5 star 2 course lunch...we did not want the day to end. I was in the travel industry for 40 years and I can honestly say Jan is an absolute credit to your company and I will promote Coast to Hinterland Tours to anyone who comes to the Sunshine Coast.

Annette The Hinterland tour with lunch at Secrets om the lake with a delicious two course lunch was great, along with the Maleny Chocolate & cheese shop tastings were excellent. Dav id the driver filled us in on all the interesting facts about the countryside and history of the various areas. Bus very comfortable and pick up on time. I would recommend your company without hesitation to friends going to Noosa.
I was also driven to the Eumendi market Mark, then taook a tour to the Ginger Factory with David, again a most enjoyable day.

Great day out Fabulous day, trip was really good and Dave our driver was really great, easy pick up, nice comfy bus and great company with the others on the trip. Good itinerary, great lunch at Secrets on the Lake and bonus of George showing us round one of the tree houses. Dave was very knowledgeable about the area and feed us with lots of interesting information thanks for a great day out.

Our group enjoyed a wonderful day! We encountered so many sites and experiences we would not have otherwise known and been able to arrange for ourselves. Accommodation pick-up was convenient, the venues and food were absolutely amazing, and our guide was an extremely knowledgeable and generous sharer of his expertise. A delightful way to discover all the Sunshine Coast had to offer ????

My bridesmaids organised a gin distillery tour through Coast to Hinterland Tours for my Hen’s Weekend. Mark was our guide/driver/expert photographer and helped to make it a wonderful day, maintaining his composure even when 10 women in their thirties started singing WAP in the back of the bus by 1pm.

The tour took us to 3 very different distilleries with lunch at Mr Jones & Me, and we left very happy and very full; the meal came with with an entree and main or dessert and main, and the entrees were so large we almost didn’t need the main also!

All of the distilleries had great gins, with the first also having cane spirit and rums and the second offering a beer paddle for those that wanted to switch it up. A discount on take home products was available at the first venue as an added benefit!

Thanks for a wonderful tour, and we’ll be using Coast to Hinterland again!

A trip to Eumundi Markets Perfect pickup promptly and politely performed by Dave. He made the journey fun and informative, taking time to ensure everybody onboard was all set for a great time at the market. We had a great time browsing the market stalls and trying some of the tasty food on offer. Expanded my knowledge of Australian market fare with a potato slinky and some refreshing sugar cane juice. The length of time spent at the market was ideal, giving us plenty of time to explore and still survive the heat. Dave went above and beyond to ensure the trip was just as enjoyable as the rest of the day.

Cheese! Smiles all round. A very enjoyable day. Our driver and guide Geoff was excellent, very friendly and informative with lots of local knowledge. Great views of the Hinterlands, fabulous selection of cheese and wine tasting, and a superb lunch in a beautiful setting at Secrets on the Lake. I would definitely recommend this tour and company.

Jan, our Tour Guide was fabulous! Her knowledge was exceptional.
We enjoyed every aspect of the tour but felt that the order of the venues was back to front. It started with a chocolate factory, cheese factory, lunch , and wine tasting.
We completely understand that things are done in order of where they are located, but a slight change could be cheese factory, lunch, wine tasting, and then chocolate.
I would have loved to hear more about each business by the owner instead of just putting their beautiful food in front of us and walking away.
That aside, we had a great day and enjoyed it immensely.

Not enough time Optus crashed on this day, & bus turned up an hour earlier than we had been first advised, & thus we had to be contacted by hotel reception. Driver was very polite, picked up others, then doubled back for us.
Excellent quality, & innovative crafts on display, plenty & varied foods available, well laid out, easily accessible stalls. 3 hours not enough time to see it all.
Picked up on time & comfortable trip back to hotel.
Would highly recommend taking bus as parking was a nightmare. Great day.

Great tour to the markets We were taken right to Eumundi Markets and given three hours to do our browsing, shopping and eating. Mark and Geoff were very informative about the Sunshine Coast, and were able to answer our questions.

Enjoyable tour of the hinterland This tour included a lot of sightseeing in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. We had a lovely view of the Glasshouse Mountains at our morning tea stop, then a cheese tasting stop in Maleny where we could taste several local cheeses. Our next stop was to taste three local wines, still in Maleny. Our lunch was at an excellent venue in Montville. We were collected at our accommodation in the morning and taken back in the afternoon. Although we saw such a lot of the beautiful hinterland area, the tour never seemed hurried. Our driver, Rob, was courteous and friendly. It was an enjoyable trip for the five passengers on the bus.

A great day out My sister and I loved our day out. The safe comfortable coach picked us up at our hotel. Our driver was friendly and informed, and we enjoyed chatting with our fellow passengers. Three hours at the market was the perfect time to enjoy the various offerings in full, and it was great to be able to look forward to the pleasant trip back. Very good value for an easy and enjoyable day out.
