Important Information for Your Day
- Every passenger, including children and infants, must have their own booked seat. To comply with Queensland transport regulations, infants cannot travel on a lap.
- Children are priced the same as adults as each child occupies a full seat in our boutique 11-seat van.
- Please bring your swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, comfortable walking shoes, and your refillable water bottle.

Tour Start Time & Meeting Point
The tour begins at 10:00 AM from the Sealink Ferry Terminal – Departure Lounge Cafe (3 Emmett Drive, Cleveland).
If you’ve selected our free city pickup, please check your ticket for your exact pickup time and location.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup or meeting time to ensure a smooth departure.
What to Bring
Comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, camera, and a small backpack for your personal belongings.
