Cancellations Our venue holds limited seating and many of our events sell out. For this reason we request minimum 14 days written notice before your event to receive a full refund. Cancellations received with less than 7 days’ notice of the intended cruise date, are non refundable. Cancellations received with greater than 7 days’ notice and less than 14 days’ notice will incur a charge equivalent to 25% of the ticket fee. This reflects the care and time required to prepare the event and prevention of other guests to make a booking. Cancellations received with greater than 14 days’ notice will receive a full refund. Popeye reserves the right to cancel any cruise due to unfit weather conditions (winds over 30km/h) and/or temperatures over 38 degrees at any point leading up to the cruise. In this case free rescheduling will be made available to the customer. Rescheduling If your booking needs to be moved to a different day or time Popeye requires greater than 7 days’ written notice to reschedule.
 You have two opportunities to reschedule. Weather If there are unfit weather conditions to cruise (winds over 30km/h and/or temperatures over 38 degrees) you will be notified by our office staff at any time leading up to the cruise. We aim to give us much notice as possible. If a cruise needs to be cancelled we will offer the opportunity to rebook for another cruise time or offer a full refund. We do have transparent blinds on board that can be fixed down that will keep out wind and rain if there is to be any!
 Alcohol This is an over 18’s event only. Popeye reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to intoxicated passengers. 
The bar may be closed at any point due to intoxicated behaviour. Facilities Restrooms are not available on board. The captain will need to be notified if passengers need a rest break and will direct passengers to use of public restrooms during the cruise. Public Holidays Public Holiday bookings incur a 15% surcharge on booking fees. These charges will be included within the product cost.
