We would also like to clarify that our Premium Gin Tastings are conducted inside the distillery. The statement in your review that you were unable to view the distillery does not align with how this experience operates. In relation to food, our current provider has received consistently positive reviews and has been widely welcomed by guests as a significant improvement from a previous external operator. We are proud of the offering now in place and the overwhelming feedback it continues to generate. Equally, we are proud of our team and the service they provide. We employ people based on their skills, knowledge, and ability to deliver warm hospitality, not their physical appearance. Comments that body-shame our staff are deeply disappointing and do not reflect the respectful values we uphold as a business. Regarding ambience, our fires are lit throughout the cooler months whenever it is safe to do so. The only occasions when they are not lit are days of high winds or severe weather, where safety must be our priority. As no specific details of your visit were provided, we cannot comment more directly.
