Private Charter T&C’s Booking and Payment: All private charter bookings are subject to availability. A specified non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure a reservation. Full payment of boat hire and catering must be made within 5 days of charter. Alcohol is charged on consumption and must be settled at the conclusion of the charter. We accept payments via credit card and bank transfer. Failure to board, no refunds will be applied. Weather Conditions: The safety of our passengers and crew is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the charter. If we cancel the trip due to safety reasons we will roll bookings to a new event date that suits both parties. Health and Safety: Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the crew and wear appropriate safety gear when required. Passengers with medical conditions should inform the crew before boarding. Liability: Brindabella Sailing and its crew are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death that may occur during the sailing trip, except where caused by our negligence or breach of these terms and conditions. Alcohol Consumption: Passengers must drink responsibly and adhere to all laws and regulations related to the consumption of alcohol on board the yacht. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is deemed to be intoxicated. Photography and Video: We may take photographs or videos of passengers during the sailing trip for promotional purposes. By booking the sailing trip, passengers consent to the use of their images for these purposes. Children: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Smoking: Smoking and vaping is not permitted on board the yacht. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
