Transport

All self-guided tour options require guests to make their own way to the starting point.

Starting Time

Your guide will have the tour ready for the start time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the starting time.

Where to Meet

Enter 185 Lake Weybe Drive, Noosaville QLD 4566 and keep going to the end where you will see the kayak trailer and ample car parking space.

What to Bring

You will get a little wet! Don’t worry, you won’t get soaked, but we recommend wearing clothing you don’t mind getting splashed (activewear or beach-related clothing is normally ideal). You’ll be outside for approximately 2.5 hours, so please bring a water bottle and anything you’d want to keep the elements off you (whether it’s sun, wind, or rain).

Last-Minute Bookings

Please note that our business hours are Monday–Sunday 8:30am–4:30pm. If you’ve booked outside of these times and your tour is the next day, please note that we will not be aware of your booking until the guide arrives at approximately 8:00am. If there are any issues with your last-minute booking, they will reach out to you ASAP.

Bad Weather & Flexibility

Please do check the weather forecast before your tour. Unless we have dangerous weather conditions, our tours go ahead even if it is cloudy, rainy, or windy. However, if you don’t like the look of the weather, you can choose to change the day of your tour. Our best advice is to inform us of your availability, and if a different day has nicer conditions, we can help manage your booking and make sure you get the best experience, subject to availability.
