I highly recommend this company any day of the week for anyone visiting Arlie Beach ????️ they are a family business / very professional @ what they do & picked me up from the Airport with a VIP Sign & took me to my hotel. We pre booked and paid before we arrived in Airlie, our plane was delayed so I text Chrissy, the driver that picked us up was very friendly and helpful, he even helped out a group of 11 that were left stranded by another airport transfer company that let them down, he was telling us a lot of local info and stopped at a beautiful spot so we could take some photos. When we go back to Airlie we'll be booking with these guys again. Thank you ????

Bus came late, MISSED THE FLIGHT! MISSED THE FLIGHT BUS CAME LATE
Shuttle bus came too late, the host said I had plenty of time to jump to the next bus which was scheduled 1 hour after what I ask and after I called several times!
They don't recognize the fault and didn't refund me the transfer and plane ticket
I had a partial refund of flight after long discussion, the company putting the fault on me!!

We recently travelled to Airlie Beach from Sydney with my 4 month old daughter. I pre booked return transfers from Proserpine airport to Airlie beach and back and also paid for the use of a child car seat for the travel at an extra cost. When we got to the airport I found the driver of the bus who took my luggage and placed it in the trailer behind the bus. I asked about the car seat and he told me he did not have one, when I said that I booked it online and paid for it he said he was not told to bring one and to contact the office. When I contacted the mobile number associated with this company to ask about the car seat and to request a refund as we did not get the use of the services we paid for, a very rude woman answered the phone and told me she was driving and could not action the refund until she was back in the office on Tuesday as it was a long weekend (that was fine). She also informed me that it was not the law that infants had to be in a car seat which I had my suspicions of and googled to find that Queensland law states that children must be in a restrained car seat. So I had to sit on the bus for a 30 minute journey holding my daughter in my arms whilst there was not even any seatbelts on the bus for adults. We then departed Airlie beach for the airport on the Tuesday and when the bus arrived there was indeed a car seat on board this time but as there are no seatbelts on boardi didn’t feel confident putting daughter into an unrestrained car seat so again had to hold her in my arms. It’s now one week on and still no sign of a refund which I’m not too bothered about but I’d just like to highlight the awful general and customer service I received. I would not recommend this company at all. STAY CLEAR

Cedar Creek Falls and Hideaway Bay Day Tour It was difficult to enjoy the destinations and scenery of this tour due to the unprofessional commentary of the tour guide. He told jokes of a racial and sexual nature despite children and teens on board, and pushed his own moral and political agendas. He referred to his passengers as “dummies” and told multiple, personal stories that were very uncomfortable to listen to. Very little of what he spoke of was interesting, factual information about our surroundings. Less disturbing, but disappointing, was that our experience of Hideaway Bay was a 2-minute stop on the side of the road to take a picture. This tour was a very unfortunate waste of our time and money.

Airport transfer service We used reef n beyond for a transfer from proserpine to Airle. Our driver was fun, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Efficient service will recommend to friends

Beyond Expectations! With international travel not possible for now, we chose Reef n Beyond’s September 2021 twelve-day tour Outback to Reef Adventure instead. We weren’t disappointed as there was something for everyone.
The tour included interesting and exciting experiences every day such as walking in rainforests, panning for sapphires and gold, riding in an original horse drawn Cobb & Co stagecoach, learning about the life of outback stockmen and the story of Australia’s national airline, Qantas, from its early days in Outback Queensland to the present day. Going further back in time was the fascinating Australian Age of Dinosaurs Museum housing Australia’s largest collection of dinosaur remains.
Once we hit the coast, we were able to relax a little with time for snorkelling and exploring Magnetic Island, some Whitsunday islands, and Airlie Beach.
Nothing was too much trouble for Charlie the guide and driver for our small group tour. and he was prompt and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills. His amusing and interesting anecdotes relevant to where we were at the time were entertaining. In some of the smaller towns we were greeted by one of Charlie’s many personal contacts who made our experiences even more special.
Almost all the delicious meals, drinks and nibbles were included and there were very few out of pocket expenses.
Reef n Beyond has many options for tours in Queensland so if you’re looking for excellent service and value, contact their friendly and helpful office staff.

I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the true Queensland Outback. There were so many highlights from fossicking for sapphires, panning for gold, riding the stagecoach etc, and absorbing the history of the outback. Learn about the pioneers, the miners, farmers and the stockmen. Throw in the stories of Cobb@Co, Qantas and the Dinosaurs, and you have some of the tour’s highlights. Add to this the tour guide, with his stories, his jokes and attention to the needs and comfort of the tour group. If you like a change of scene, some history, a lot of laughs, some good fun and awesome sunsets, then this tour is made for you.
