Enjoy a tasty welcome drink as our guide leads you through the process, sharing insights into the rich history of spirits and the craft behind our award-winning range at Tamborine Mountain Distillery.

Explore over 100 flavours allowing you to craft a blend that’s truly yours. Add a personal touch by giving it a name and hand-labelling your bespoke 200ml bottle—a symbol of your unique creation.

Booking Information

This experience is for individuals aged 18 and above. Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time for check-in.

For group bookings (minimum 6 people), please reach out to info@tamborinemountaindistillery.com to arrange a private experience at a convenient time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. It is the guest’s responsibility to be on time for their reservation, we cannot extend a booking if you are running late. 2. Guests who are intoxicated or behaving in an inappropriate or irresponsible manner will be asked to vacate the premises. 3. Please ensure that you bring proof of age identification as any guests who cannot supply this will not be allowed to consume alcohol. 4. For your convenience and safety, please arrange your own transportation to and from the event. As alcohol will be served during the experience, all participants are responsible for their transportation. 5. We are a smoke-free venue, and we will not allow smoking inside or outside. 6. We require a minimum number of participants to run each class to ensure quality and effectiveness. If this minimum enrolment requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class and will notify all registered participants at least 2 days before the scheduled date. Participants will then have the option to reschedule to a future date, subject to availability, or receive a full refund of their registration fees.

Gordon had us in stitches with anecdotes and jokes and then we come to the liqueurs .Some really interesting tastes and experiences. A great place to visit with friends. The limoncello is just nectar.

The Staff were amazingly knowledgeable  the Distilled Gins., Vodkas and liqueurs are worth the adventure. Sample and chat, snack and taste two hours fun.

A very enjoyable and thorough  tasting tour.  Gordon was very knowledgeable and very entertaining guide/owner. A lot of tastings, very good value for money. 

If you have interstate or overseas visitors I highly recommend to visit Tambourine Mountain Distillery.

Waited ages to be served as the waitress was chatting. Ordered a tasting paddle to start with, computer had to warm up. Took a long time, then we sat and waited, and waited and waited, in full view of the waiter and waitress. Waiter delivered paddles to the table next to us and spent AGES chatting to them about melatonin????? Then I mentioned our order and that we had been waiting a long time. We were sitting directly opposite the till, what did they think we were dong there? No drinks? They said they had lost our slip with our selection on. I asked why they had not come to our table and asked about us. Waitress was really cocky. We got a refund and left.

Hi Renshen,
Sorry you did not enjoy your visit and not sure how or why this happened as it most certainly never occured in the last 30 years. As winners of Queensland's the top tourism award for Wineries, Breweries and Distilleries for the last two years running I can assure you that this is not the service we offer so again apologies that you didn't enjoy yourself  but I can absolutely  assure you that everyone else does so do drop in if you are ever in the area and hopefully we can prove what wonderful servoce we do offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour which gave us the insight as to how the many and varied spirits and liquors are produced, as well as the history of the distillery.

We will be returning to do a spirit class in the near future.

Yes they were busy - but no one said - be with you as soon as we can - Unfortunately this was on our list as we had travelled interstate - so disappointed 😟 we just ended up leaving..

Hi Tracey, very sad to read your review and apologies for not being able to serve you as quickly as possible.  I am afraid there are times when we get completely smashed with visitors as one of the leading tourist attractions in the region. 99.9% of the time everyone can get served within a few minutes but when the tour busses start missing their time slots because of hold ups at lunch etc,  then log jams occur and sadly I guess you were just present at one of those crazy times. 

 If you are ever on the Mountain again please contact us beforehand and we can reserve a table and offer you complimentary tastings too make up for dropping the ball during your last visit. Again apologies for not being responsive enough.
