Brilliant.... Our son bought us a gift voucher sometime ago. The company honoured the voucher for 3 years which we valued.
When arriving at St Kilda Carlos took us through the fundamentals, he was some very friendly, patient.
We really loved the experience and would definitely love to do it again ️

We just celebrated my twin daughters' 8th birthday party with SUP HQ and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

There was a wide age range from 6 - 14 and everyone had an absolute blast (parents too).

The staff were so kind and exceptionally friendly, helping each child who needed it and playing fun games with those ahead of the curve.

Honestly, if you are looking for a fun, safe and bonding party idea, please consider the amazing group at SUP HQ.

Paddleboarding is a fun activity to try. If you've never done it before, try it with SUP HQ. Lessons and hire are available at an affordable cost. The guys were friendly and helpful. Try a morning with no wind or a light northerly or easterly wind in St Kilda.

A fabulous experience. I hired a paddle board for an hour for a mere 30 dollars. A great relaxing place, and minimal waves because you just paddle around the harbour.

These guys are the loveliest, so chill, so helpful, funny and engaging.

We came down to rent boards to practice for a paddle component of a CrossFit comp, so didn’t do their guided tour, but they were responsive to text as we coordinated and easy going, all ready to go when we got there at 9.

Had a private lesson on Saturday 7 December as an older person but new to SUP. Instructor and staff very friendly and supportive and I left with a lot of tips and a level of confidence to keep on my SUP journey. Thanks guys

Thanks, Josh, for your patience with me last week during my private lesson on the 3/2. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Your instruction, your company, the sights, sounds, birds, fish, rocks, the smell of the ocean, AND falling in.TWICE. Merely wanted to learn to steer the board with that pesky paddle. Despite my crone status (61, ill with cancer) managed it all with aplomb. Now to find time to practice solo....

This was the best experience we have had in a long long time! The staff, the knowledge, the equipment - all top notch! Vincent and the team gave us so many valuable tips and tricks - by the end of the lesson, we were all so confident and relaxed to take a nice trip around St Kilda Pier. We will be back again to hire from Vincent at Sup Hq St Kilda! Thank you for an awesome morning! 5 stars - highly recommended!

Such a great second time in SUP lesson this early morning! The weather was friendly, the sea calm, the sunlight soft and the instructor was Ben who was always patient, reminding me of technical tips I often missed. In the end of the lesson I have gained confidence and relaxed to “drive “back the shore with better paddle standing and kneeling. Thanks to Ben, Jazz, Kyle and the team for cheering me on. I really enjoy my morning. Great team ????????

Highly recommend! This was my first time trying SUP and I’ll definitely be doing this again. Kyle was a great instructor and gave everyone enough attention so that we knew what we’re doing and felt safe. Vincent brought so much passion and enthusiasm and made the experience so much fun. We saw the penguins at the pier and the amazing city views from the bay. Absolutely loved it.

This is such an amazing experience. The instructors are really cool and helpful. They give enough attention to make you feel really safe but then let you have enough time to cruise around the harbour at your own leisure. I live in Melbourne but went with my daughter and had a fantastic time. We’re going again for sure! We also spoke to some tourists who were doing the SUP from out of town and they said their was an amazing addition to their holiday. Can’t wait to do it again.

The falling into water is the fun part of the lesson Vincent and Kyle is a passionate and fun instructor, they show us how to operate the board, go forward, steer and standing up on the board (Although I fell into the water 8 times during the lessons, but that on my part). I coming late and have to rush to putting on the wetsuit, and Vincent ending up apologize for rushing me ( This guy is incredibly nice). You guys have to try this for yourself. Go for it, it will be a memorable morning spending time on the water. Wetsuit, paddle and board is all provide by them.

Definitely try this - well worth iy This was a gorgeous way to see the city from a whole new perspective. As first time stand up paddle boarders they equipped up properly, taught us what to do and turned us loose to have fun. Board rental costs were excellent. We loved the city views, the very cute penguins, the big ones expensive yachts (see how the other half lives!) and the exhilarating feeling of success when we stood up. Definitely the place to go stand up paddle boarding in Melbourne! And COVID safety was definitely considered and acted upon.

Fantastic! What a great experience! It was my very first time doing stand-up paddling and I really enjoyed it!!!

Super service and friendly crew! My and my boyfriend booked a stand up paddling session two weeks ago - it was a lot of fun: the weather was great and even though we only booked for one hour, we were told to enjoy the beautiful weather, and thus, could use the boards for one extra hour for free!! Very genorous!!

Excellent group activity! We organised the paddle boarding session though RMIT Trips. Vinny and his team were great to work with. Easygoing, friendly and understood group dynamics.
They divided us into separate groups as we had latecomers but also made sure the latecomers didn't miss out on a quality experience.
Loved seeing the penguins and taking fun group photos!
We will return to SUP paddle boarding as we had a fantastic experience!

I could not speak highly enough of our entire experience. Vincent made us feel very welcome and his instruction on paddle boarding were first class. Both myself and my partner were standing up in no time in no small part to the excellence of his tuition. The location is fantastic for beginners, easy access by car or public transport and the waters calm. Highly recommended - we will be back!

If you haven't as yet tried Stand Up Paddle boarding (also know as SUP or Supping) then you must and there's no better place to try it out than at St Kilda beach. Stand Up Paddle Boarding HQ operate there right on Pier Road, in front of the Royal Melbourne Yacht Club, so you can hire a board and all the equipment you need, and paddle away.

You can also have group or private lessons if need be. Stand Up Paddle Boarding HQ operate their SUP school there and they are skilled and passionate about supping and they will help you learn the correct technique and master the sport.

Not only is this sport great for general and core fitness (great for strengthening your core back) through strength and balance exercise, at the same time you'll have lot of fun in the water. Paddling among the beautiful yachts and the sea life, even with penguins visible swimming underneath your paddle board is a lot of fun.

Highly recommend.
